Izzy was brought onboard to provide a full branding package, inclusive of brand identity, logo, brand strategy, brang guidelines and concept.  All milesstones were met on or ahead of schedule and all timelines were met end to end with a project duration of about 90 days

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

From initial engagement with Wondering Design House to completion of project, all timelines were met on or ahead of time, with all costs kept in place as agreed.  

Communication was strong from end to end, with a full understanding of concept to creation which was above and beyond with keeping in line with my brand and it's intended audience.

Combining strong communication and suggesstions/guidance throughout, this was a key component towards gaining such amazing success with a product which was yet to be fully developed.

There was always thorough back and forth when necessary, when milestones were reached and reviewing was performed, nearly all components were in place better than I could have imagined which is demonstative of the communiciation and understanding of whaat was being conveyed.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The cost / deliverables ratio is worth every dollar and moment spent with this exciting and very important project.  Being my first time going down the road of brand creation, I now look back with pleasure from the ease in which all this occured. 

With my product launch planned in the coming months, I cannot express my gratitude for having the most optimal outcome during this critical stage of my journey.

The scope of work included a full-scale brand transformation and complete website build.

We began with a comprehensive rebrand, which included the development of a full logo suite, refined color palette, typography selections, and supporting brand elements to create a cohesive and elevated identity. She did not just design a logo — she built a complete brand system.

In addition to the core brand identity, she redesigned all of our printed collateral, including business cards, brochures, and our pricing guide. Every piece was thoughtfully aligned with the new brand direction so that our in-person materials feel just as polished as our digital presence.

She also created detailed brand guidelines outlining exactly how to use our fonts, colors, and visual elements. This included direction on font hierarchy, background and foreground color usage, and layout standards so that when we create our own materials moving forward, everything stays consistent and on brand.

From there, she developed a wide range of supporting assets, including social media templates, branded graphics, and marketing visuals that integrate seamlessly with the overall identity.

The project also included the design and development of a completely new website. This was a ground-up rebuild. She handled layout, visual design, brand integration, and user experience strategy to create a site that is both visually stunning and strategically structured to convert leads.

The rebrand and website launch significantly elevated our positioning and directly impacted our growth trajectory.

Since implementing the new brand, we have experienced:

A noticeable shift toward more luxury weddings and higher-end corporate clients

The refreshed brand and strategic website repositioned us from a “fun dessert vendor” to a polished, premium event experience. This has allowed us to compete at a higher level, attract larger-scale corporate activations, and be taken seriously in more luxury-forward spaces.

Internally, the brand system also created operational clarity. With defined guidelines, cohesive collateral, and aligned digital assets, our marketing is now consistent and streamlined, which supports scalable growth.

From the very beginning, she provided a clear outline of the entire process, including timelines for each phase and what to expect at every step. The expectations were clearly communicated, and there was never confusion about where we were in the process.

All deliverables were provided on time, and often with thoughtful guidance on how to prepare for the next stage. As we moved from branding to collateral to website development, she clearly communicated how long each phase would take and what she needed from me to keep things moving smoothly.

She was responsive, organized, and proactive. Whenever I had questions or needed clarification, she answered quickly and thoroughly. I always felt informed, supported, and confident in the direction we were heading.

It truly felt like a structured, strategic process rather than a creative free-for-all.

What stood out most was the combination of talent and experience she brought to the table.

She is not only incredibly gifted creatively, but she also understands business strategy. Her work is absolutely stunning and visually beautiful, but it is also intentional and purposeful. Every design choice felt aligned with our goals and long-term growth.

Beyond her skill, she was an absolute joy to work with. She brought energy, clarity, and confidence to the process. I always felt heard, understood, and guided in the right direction. She has a rare ability to take big ideas and translate them into something cohesive and elevated.

I’m the senior director of communications for PACT, a nonprofit organization dedicated to protecting every child’s right to grow up free from child sexual exploitation and trafficking through education, legislative advocacy, and partnerships.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Wandering Design House has delivered the full scope of our rebranding, including a new set of brand colors, graphic elements, logos, and a brand book. She has also revamped our website on Squarespace using the newly created branding, and has designed social media templates. Since then, our organization has hired Wandering Design House multiple time to work on different projects, from lengthy reports to promotional materials.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Wandering Design House has delivered directly applicable and usable assets, a beautiful branding, and a great website. The general public, partners, and stakeholders have really appreciated the new branding, saying it’s innovative, hopeful, and aligned with our organization's mission and values.

Wandering Design House has great project management. Izzy is very flexible, has great communication, takes feedback constructively, and really tries to understand our needs and respond to them. She also delivers on time, which is highly appreciated.
