Founders Emiliyan Kadiyski and Teodor Kostadinov partnered early on in our existence. That is why we wanted a platform so we can create more awareness and combat the violence against children in Bulgaria.

The Applied Research and Communications Fund (ARC Fund) is a renowned Bulgarian NGO established in 1991. Since 2005, it has been coordinating the Safer Internet Centre (SIC) in Bulgaria operating a safer internet Hotline and a consulting Helpline for children.

The goals of the project were to raise awareness about the major online risks among 7-15-year old children and empower them to use effective preventative measures for mitigating those risks.
At the same time, we want to encourage children to actively seek support from the consultants of the Bulgarian Safer Internet Centre and from trusted adults, such as parents and teachers in an effective and a fun way.

Invetix is unique in Bulgaria in that it both has competative expertise in developing mobile applications and it consists of employees that have experience and are motivated to work with children.
This project required a profound understanding of the target group (7-15 year old children), so that the mobile app was both educational and engaging. Inverix was the natural choice.

Development of the first of its kind mobile application for safe internet use in Bulgaria.

Involvement of peer-to-peer child trainers and teacher facilitators from 2 Bulgarian schools in in the dissemination of positive online content in a supportive and cooperative way.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
Since launch the Safenet App has become one of the Bulgarian Safer Internet Centre's major tools for training children about online safety.
It has also proven to be extremely effective peer-to-peer training tool, as it has been used in 10 schools for training more than 200 children about the major online risks and the ways to combat them.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
The employees from Invetix were very comprehansive of the concept and the app specification and created a product that perfectly matched our expectations. They were also very responsive and in the majority of cases quickly fixed bugs and improved the app functionalities based on feedback.
The only time we had a gap in the communication was when we requested a clear process for accessing the user data for the mobile app and are still struggling to find one.
What did you find most impressive about this company?
Two things impressed me equally:
Their deep comprehension of the business (in this case project) needs.

How did Vola Software address the challenges that arose?
The only time we had a gap in the communication was when we requested a clear process for accessing the user data for the mobile app and are still struggling to find one. However, after receiving their review, Vola Software came back to us and now this problem is fixed.
Describe the impact this engagement has had on your business.
We use the app Vola Software developed heavily in our Cyberscout peer-to-peer child training programme about online safety. Since the app creation we have trained well over 300 10-12 year old children across Bulgaria, who in turn have reached over 2000 of their peers. They children actively use the app in their peer-to-peer training activities and their feedback has been overwhelmingly positive.
In what specific areas can they improve?
As already mentioned, we initially had gaps in communication about how to track user data, but the problem has been fixed after Vola Software received their initial review. One area of improvement would have been an earlier reaction to the problem.

At the request of the Georgian and Armenian governments, we started the development of a pilot prototype for peer-to-peer index insurance platform which utilizes satellite data to trigger the execution of the insurance contracts.
All of the software development was done by Inveitix. This included the front-end development, the back-end development and database management as well as the integration with the various APIs and data providers.
In addition, the project included a blockchain component where parts of the contract were stored on a blockchain.

The only thing that I can share and I think that it`s enough is that we had the application ready within the short deadline and we were able to successfully achieve our goals.

Android development for a mobile platform.
What were your goals for this project?
Make an easy to use application for navigating end users and giving them recommendations about what to do on the territory of the mountain.

How did you select this vendor?
We've worked with Inveitix on several projects before and we were really pleasantly surprised of the quality they deliver and the deadlines they take into account.
Describe the project and the services they provided in detail.
They've provided consulting on the UI/UX building of the design, gave Android-specific recommendations to our designer. After that, they developed the android mobile application and published it in the stores.
What was the team composition?
The project consisted of 3 android mobile developers the were lead by a project manager from our side.

The app is now used by over 10k tourists and runs slick and smooth. We had almost no negative feedback about it.
