Bright Futures
We have collaborated with Bright Futures Care on a number of projects over the past few years, including online & offline print, business collateral and promotional materials, but in the spring of 2020 we proposed an update to the business branding and full site redesign which was much needed in order to showcase the business and the amazing services they offer.

HBB Geo Sales
When designing a fresh new site for HBB, we considered how we could showcase the business and it’s services in order to reposition their online presence. We ensured that the design was aesthetically engaging, creating video elements and utilising the business photography where possible. One important aspect of the site for the client was the prevalence of contact forms, which we have placed throughout, in order to encourage customer engagement. With an extensive list of services on offer, we made sure that the UI/UX would be a positive and enjoyable experience for HBB customers.

Eighteen The Cross
Once we had the logo for 18 The Cross signed off it was time to address the website designs.
Having agreed on branding guidelines, colours and styling elements we set to work designing the website.
The website had to include several aspects from menus to gift cards.

Moffatt Financial Planning
With the new Moffatt’s logo signed off it was time to turn our attention to the website. The website had to show off all of the services that Moffatts offer.
After analysing the website traffic and how users interacted with the website we knew there were certain elements that had to be improved and updated. One major change we made was adding in easy to use blocks with a call to action to book a meeting.

Arley Hall & Gardens
Visions were tasked with replecting this character and charm in a new responisve website for Arley Hall. The site includes an online ticketing system allowing visitors to but tickets to events held at the property

Nada Architects
The design for NADA was kept simple and clean. Our homepage design incorporated space to show off the latest work NADA has to offer as well as client testimonials and contact information for both offices, again making the user journey as easy as possible.

Sextons Bakery
Sextons employed Visions to come up with new branding and website.

Visions were asked to update the brand image and focus on a modern, minimalistic approach, while retaining the existing character of the brand.

For what projects/services did your company hire Visions Design Lymm, and what were your goals?
We needed a better solution to help capture certain information from our clients as part of the client journey. We wanted an online solution the clients could complete easily and with the help and direction they may need. The goal was to have a solution up and running within the month.
How did you select Visions Design Lymm and what were the deciding factors?
We selected Visions Design as we'd met with Dan the owner a number of times through a local networking group. We were impressed by the mix of clients and the breadth of industries their clients were from. We were also very happy with Alex and how he handled the initial project brief. Another factor was supporting a local business.

The scope of work was to provide an online solution to capture clients medical history for the purpose of insurance protection. i am not sure of the technologies used, but I dont think we needed to know, we trusted them to choose the appropriate technology to suit the brief.
How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
Two. Julia on business development and Alex on design and implementation.
Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
We were able to make instant use of the new forms. Clients began using the form within 24 hours of going live, to date we have had a number of forms back and they are returned to us much quicker than the previous solution in place. We are delighted with the work done and would like to thank the team for their dedication and hard work on the project.
Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timelines.
I would describe their style as very good and the appropriate use of tools. when appropriate we used email and or text, and often phone calls as well as video calls. Always in a timely and efficient manner.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
Most impressive was the team and in particular Alex and how timely and cost effective they were.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
No I dont think so

For what projects/services did your company hire Visions Design Lymm, and what were your goals?
We had the need to birth a new website behind a group business, Scout Financial Services, and despite having a fantastic tech team, their resource was needed elsewhere.
Not wanting to miss a key moment for financial services at the start of 2021 - the time when lots of financial resolutions and homemaking plans kick-off - we enlisted the help of the Visions team to build us a brand new website - beyond the holding page we'd knocked up as a trial almost a year before.
Our goal was a fantastic execution that could shore up Scout's credibility as a digital FS brand and support customers as they embark on what can be a daunting experience.

Chemistry was key - the team were vibrant, enthusiastic and super organised from day 1. Their back catalogue of other website development was also convincing - a good level of creative flair balanced with the necessaris on UX.

Scoping requirements with Visions supporting our marketing team in defining what was necessary for the launch phase. Development of a schedule with all parties clear on deliverable from day 1. Wireframe development and sign off. Aesthetic development & sign off. Content & tools development & sign off. Site testing & tagging. Release. Team training and hand over.

Unsure. We had a very thorough account team that was our core point of contact. I don't know how many in the background.

We're not at the stage for results just yet as only just launched but project delivered on time and to budget.

Our website was outdated and we wanted a whole new aesthetic and modern new wbesite for the business movign forward.

We considered a number of web design firms and we liked Vision Designs approach and how they were to deliver th eproject involving me along each step fo the way. The personal service was second to none which is what drew me to work with them.

We started the process with an initial meeting to discuss our aims and goals fo rthe business. Types of projects we work on and understanding background of our business.
Then conepts for the website were put together where we were given the opportunity to amend and modify various elements accordinglt to our requirements, whilsty taking profesional advice if our thoughts were appropriate as far as web design goes.
Finally we agreed the content and script to add to the website and populated each page with specific details with the run up to the official launch of thew website.

It showcases the projects in a far more interactive manner with details of each and every projects uploaded.

We had regular telephone meetings and couple of face to face meetings to check progress of the works.
Email links were sent so we could review any changes made to the website and we were then able to feed abck to the team requesting any changes.

The personal and approach was fantastic and made the process seamless in delivery. The dialogue and simple terms used to help us understand was very useful.
Visions took th etime to assist us with using wordpress too which we were totally unfamiliar with so they were very supportive.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
There were some small amends that were not understood clearly dureing the design process but thorugh quick discussion and clarification, these were corrected and made good.
Overall, the service was smooth without too much delay.

I am the co-owner of a media consultancy - we provide communication and media training workshops, bespoke learning sessions and work with a wide range of clients to help them communicate better with their stakeholders.

We needed a new website that would help reset the company after it's establishment 4 years ago, we wanted a slicker smarter design and new branding. We wanted the website to be more contemporary and represent the wide range of clients we work with, demonstrate our accessibility and our inclusive and positive approach to communications.
How did you select Visions Design Lymm and what were the deciding factors?
We had online pitches with three companies pitching for the work and liked their ideas, their communication skills, their positive can do attitude and their focus on delivering the project which was apparent even at an early stage.

Lots of conversations about the website and its content I would say we were very demanding clients - we were reluctant to use a shared working space but Visions tried to keep us on track, we are very busy and strategy and commissions for the company are always fitted in around our clients but Visions concentrated on finding solutions.

A number of people - we had a project manager who was our one point of contact but also worked with a copy writer and the head of comms .
Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
It's too early for data or metrics as we have only just put our new website to market but we are very pleased with the project and have a robust plan in place with Visions to ensure it works well for us in the future.

Excellent accessibility as we thought of random additions to the project, we always felt in safe hands that we would be supported through a timeline of events. We used email a lot but shared platforms were available (like Monday.com). We Zoomed to say hi too.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
Their patience. Journalists tend to be challenging clients as they are communicators so feel they know best. Our company is run by journalists.
But Visions Design Lymm gently nudges us to where we need to be, had the authority to ensure their expertise led the project, but the patience to bear with us whilst we came to their conclusion. Working with clients in the 'media' is much harder than those who have no knowledge and they did a great job.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
Only at our end. We were not focussed enough on the new website and then would overload Visions with lots of ideas but that is a fault of our lack of time. Next time I would have a more concentrated burst of effort to discuss content rather than us being so poor at proof reading etc.

Introduce your business and what you do there.
My organization is called Sew-Drops Ltd. and I am the owner. We have an online sewing shop that sells fabric and all sorts of things for sewing.
What challenge were you trying to address with Visions Design Lymm?
I wanted to be able to sell fabrics to people who love to sew.
What was the scope of their involvement?
Visions Design ended up coming to visit us and I gave them my ideas of what I wanted, and they gave me some ideas and we went from there. I had some ideas and drawings I wanted to incorporate into the website, and they incorporated bits into my logo and the website, so it had that personal touch.
They continue to host the website for us so if we have any issues with emails or anything with the website, we can quickly and easily get in contact with them.
What is the team composition?
I worked with three people when the website was being developed. One came to have a meeting with us at our home, and then we were in contact with another person when they started to create the website.
He was in charge of creating the look of the website, the color scheme, font, and other things. Then we moved onto a third person who did everything else. Now I am usually in contact with one person.
How did you come to work with Visions Design Lymm?
When we decided to create our business, we started looking for someone to create our online presence. We searched quite a bit on Google and came across a few and Visions Design was one of them. The other companies didn’t turn out to be as good as they said.
Visions Design was local and we could actually go and meet with them. That was one thing that we really liked about them. We took a look at their portfolio of websites they had done for other customers as well.
When we got in contact with them, they asked us if we would like to come to them and meet at their headquarters, or they could come and meet with me and discuss what I wanted for my website.
How much have you invested in them?
It was approximately £2,000 which was split into four payments.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working with them from January 2019, and the website was finished in July of that year. They are still hosting the website for us and our communication is still present.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
Over the last year since we launched, we have had quite a lot of people find our website. People have been recommending us to other people, usually because of the website and what we are stocking.
We have a lot of customers send messages through to compliment the look of the website and the ease of use. With WooCommerce, the site is very easy for people to use and it’s safe and secure. They set that up for us, and we have never had any issues with it which is brilliant.
We’ve even had reps of companies that have commented on the professional look of the website. It’s had quite a positive effect on our business — reps have asked us to stock their really high-quality fabrics. We wouldn’t be stocking what we are now if it hadn’t been for the overall presence and the look of our website, so I have a lot to thank Visions Design for.
How did Visions Design Lymm perform from a project management standpoint?
If there was anything that needed to be discussed, they were always very quick to message me. When we initially were deciding on the logo for the website, we had really good communication back and forth.
They would share ideas with me that they had created, and I would take a look at them. I would tell them what I liked and what maybe could be changed. Within a few hours or a day, those changes would have been done and things would be sorted pretty quickly.
They are very good and get back to me very quickly. If we have any small minor problems, they are usually sorted out within a few hours or within a day.
What did you find most impressive about them?
I can’t really put it down to one thing. Everything was good about Visions Design: the communication, the actual overall look of what they produced, and the team. They really helped me and my business. There are so many different things that I am really pleased with.
Are there any areas they could improve?
No, I don’t think they could have done anything better. Everything Visions Design has done has been brilliant.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
If someone asked me about Visions Design and said they were looking for someone to do their website for their business, I would definitely recommend them because of what they have done for me.
They are good at communication, they listen, and they always include you in the final project because in the grand scale of things, it is your business and they just want to help make your business a success.

I am the founder of a nonprofit religious website.
For what projects/services did your company hire Visions Design Lymm, and what were your goals?
To provide a website that allowed people to access one page notes on topics relating to Catholicism for them to read and if necessary print off. There are no charges involved. I was to be able to add additional notes, replace existing ones or delete notes. A hit-rate was to be made of each note accessed.
Uses were able to send their own notes to be added or suggest alterations to existing ones. To date there are over 60 such notes
How did you select Visions Design Lymm and what were the deciding factors?
I live in Lymm, saw the sign outside their offices and went in. I was made very welcome.

I wondered if they would be interested in a Religious Website and for and not for a business, but an individual. They had no reservations at all, repeated what I'd asked for to make sure they understood my requirements. I believe they used APPS to provide what I wanted, but I don't have any idea which ones.
My website was completed very quickly and I found it very easy to use and manage. I've since asked them to add booklets to the website for people to read or download, all free of charge.

I've kept a weekly check on the Hit-Rate per document. Since this is a local website that has had no publicity or advertising, I've been surprised to find out that documents are currently accessed at the rate of 55 per day. I'm amazed.

Andy and Alex have made me feel as if I'm their favourite customer. From the very start they made it easy for me to understand what was going on so that I could easily manage the website, which I do successfully every other month.
During this COVID-19 they have email to contact me when necessary. I find their approach very friendly and professional. Due to their skills, we've had no problems so far.
