I’m the brand and creative services manager at CPL - Choice, Passion, Life. We provide disability support services for people of all ages, helping them grow beyond expectations, seize new opportunities, and do amazing things with their lives.

We were looking to increase our digital footprint and explore new avenues of digital marketing.

We wanted to acquire more leads and find new potential customers online. We also wanted to formalize our digital marketing strategy in order to understand what channels, tools, and tactics are best at driving leads for our business.

Vine Street Digital approached us to offer pro bono work. After three months, we were thrilled with the results and decided to hire them on a monthly retainer.

The team at Vine Street Digital initially reviewed and restructured our Google Ad Grants account. They currently manage these accounts for our two major brands, ensuring they're delivering new business leads. We also have the team on retainer to help us run digital marketing campaigns for our family of brands. These include integrated ad campaigns on Google AdWords, YouTube, Google, Bing, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn, often also integrating with offline marketing channels. In addition, they help us track the effectiveness of our campaigns by setting up the correct tracking parameters. They provide written reports on a regular basis and when requested.

What was the team composition?

We primarily work with Gemma (owner, Vine Street Digital). On occasion, we've worked with other team members when Gemma was on leave.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Gemma and the team at Vine Street Digital have greatly increased our marketing leads throughout the engagement. They’ve helped us to construct, implement, and optimize a digital marketing strategy that works for our business. Even in the initial three month pro bono period, they drove significantly more leads and conversions to our website. They’ve worked on a range of targeted ad campaigns over the years that are designed to drive new leads in preparation for the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS). Without Gemma's expertise, dedication, and commitment to our business, it would be difficult for us to perform so strongly and achieve ROI on our campaigns.

We consider them an extension of our digital and brand team at CPL. We've worked with other vendors who didn't truly understand what we do, or put in the effort to maintain our business. I can pick up the phone anytime and ring the team for advice, or get thoughts on an idea for a new execution. The team cares about our business, which is extremely important to us. They take a straightforward, no-nonsense approach to customer service. They have a deep wealth of knowledge about digital marketing. We’ve been able to learn so much from working with Vine Street Digital. Gemma in particular is a digital expert who has helped shape our digital marketing strategy.

VSD worked together with our marketing team to devise a strategy, create operational timeline planning, share media asset requirements, craft post copy and targeted audiences. Publish the campaign and effective optimise during the campaign and provided reporting and recommendations at the conclusion of the campaign.
