Uprite has been managing our IT services for over five years. Their services include cloud storage, daily server backup, integrated security, email continuity, archiving, update subscription licenses, firewall, local wi-fi, hardware, software and desktop help.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Uprite Services has exceeded our expectations and constantly demontrate that we made the right choice by going with them over others. The cost savings is not only measured by the service agreement, but more importantly our down time is less almost none existant. 

The Service Level Agreement is a major improvement from our prefious vendor. The response time, resolution time, uptime and availability is impresive. Our empolyees are very satisfied with the service quality, overall stability and releability of our network system. Uprite's technicians are very knowledgeable and awsome to work with.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

The entire team, lead by MJohn, are great to work with. Uprite is constantly helping us improve our network system by making sure we are up to date with our hardware, software and liceses. John and Reghdah are very engaged with our company making sure our needs are met.
