BACKGROUND

Please describe your company and your position there.

I am an executive at ACCESS Inc. a community-based non-profit organization. We have recruitment and donation needs and have to maximize our Return on Investment.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

For what projects/services did your company hire Unmediated Marketing, and what were your goals?

We need to increase the our targeted traffic for our Youth program and sought to grow our donation and grant support. The digital marketing strategies had to be within budget and perform.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We were referred to them and included them in our meeting and interviewing of a total of three agencies. They were the best at clearly demonstrating what strategies we should deploy, how they would be executed and how we would monitor and insure results.

Our engagement began with a needs analysis where we provided the details of our goal and the importance of achieving them to maintain the programs. They performed their keyword research and planning, analysis of the competitive landscape and excellent targeted blog topics to target the traffic we're looking for.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

We have ongoing communication with the managing partners, a project manager, developer and 2 SEO specialists who support us.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

As a result of Unmediated Marketing's work the website has seen an exponential increase in organic traffic and better conversion rates of donations and corporate grant activity. They procured an Ad Grant worth over $100,000 for us annually! Now we can afford a robust monthly PPC Campaign to help drive our initiatives.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

They have been great at managing our expectations but laying out the strategies and opportunities. We arrange timely calls and Zoom meetings or office visits along with emails as needed. Whenever we need their help, they always make themselves available. We have had special situations where they rose to the occasion and really helped out.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They are always professional, knowledgeable and have really become experts in our organization or industry too. They are thorough and well researched in every aspect of our partnership.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

We'd like to allow some of our team to write some of the blogs and may approach them with that idea.
