In the initial stage of work, we filled out a brief and agreed upon the project strategy. In it, we described the type of website we needed and the business objectives it should achieve. After that, UAITLAB formulated a work plan, sent you references for selection, and then proceeded to develop the website structure and UX design. 

After 1 month of work, we received prototypes of all the website pages, and we agreed upon the visual solutions. Then the programmers started writing the code. As a result, we obtained a ready and tested website.

We received the completed website exactly 3 months after the start of the project, as stated in the signed contract. We stayed within the budget, and there were no additional payments required. The website matched our specifications and the approved prototypes.

I’m the head of communications at 4H Agency. We’re a boutique consulting firm that helps international businesses to enter new markets in Ukraine, Russia, Georgia, and Uzbekistan.

When we formed our firm, we immediately thought about our website. As a young company, it’s important to put the word out there so interested people can learn about our services.

What was the scope of their involvement?

After filling out a brief, we discussed the details of our vision and objectives with UAITLAB. We laid out the information about our company and what we do. Their team handled both front- and backend development. We asked them to use our hosting credentials to upload the website so we didn’t have to do it ourselves and possibly break something.

The site is essentially a business card in digital form. There are pages dedicated to the team itself and the work we do in tandem with media. UAITLAB built an admin panel for us. It allows us to add and remove information ourselves.

The website is up and running. We now have the opportunity to share our services with people. UAITLAB did everything in a very professional manner and was always ready to dive in and help. They went the extra mile, and we trust them. Their team did everything brilliantly.

After the website’s launch, UAITLAB was still engaged and responsive. It was definitely a team effort. Our team had a lot of questions, and they kindly addressed everything. The development process and expectations were clearly defined and there are no outstanding questions. The site is easy to use. We can jump in and make any changes we want.

How did UAITLAB perform from a project management standpoint?

Having primary communication with the co-founder was exactly what we wanted. They provided status updates and proactively reached out with more information if needed. Sometimes, we were the ones who were a bit late with our deadlines. Our entire engagement was executed through digital channels because we couldn’t see each other in person due to the pandemic. Everything went smoothly.

What did you find most impressive about them?

The designer appointed to our project was a stroke of luck. She handled everything beautifully. We provided feedback on the Sigma designs. Our team had some demands in terms of design, and we felt lucky to have someone so professional. She was an excellent and fast designer.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, nothing comes to mind. This was a small project with a quick turnaround. Our teams really clicked, and we’re satisfied.

Get your vision straight before talking to any contractor. Do your best to communicate your vision as clearly as possible so you can be on the same page. UAITLAB will be very happy to work with you. Make sure you’re responsive and invested in your project. Give them all your crucial information in a clear manner; that’s a recipe for success.

I’m the CEO of  Yözh Inс., a fashion e-commerce website.

What challenge were you trying to address with UAITLAB?

We needed a new website because we were rebranding. I had been working with another company, but they didn’t complete the site. We were approaching the beginning of our season, so we needed to launch a site quickly so we could start selling our products.

They created a completely new system. They developed our e-commerce website on their own system and implemented the UI/UX design that a third-party created for us.

We wanted users to be able to easily understand our brand by visiting our site. Just below the main banner is a blog that links to a separate blog on the site. There, users can read about our brand, our team, the materials we use, what we do, and how we do it.

We’ve recently started working with them on another web development project for our new brand.

I worked with the CEO, the head of the IT department, a programmer, and one person working with the design.

I’m really satisfied with their work. They completed the project in just 50 days and everything runs perfectly. It’s much better than the previous site and is the best e-commerce site for fashion retail in Ukraine. My team is proud to have such a high-quality platform. Everything is perfect.

The site has received a lot of attention internationally, so now we’re working to translate it into Russian and English.
