Transition our entire Magento e-commerce site from its current theme to the newest e-commerce oriented Hyva Theme. This involved:

• Refactoring all code for compatibility
• Implementing custom workarounds for specific features our site requires

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

• Our Desktop Performance scores via Google Lighthouse increased from about a 70/100 average to an avergae 97/100 currently
• Mobile Performance increased from 30/100 average to about 85/100 average
• Our Core Web Vitals and overall site health are in a much more dependable and desirable spot
• We have seen large jumps in Google rankings because of this

• All delivarables were recieved in a timely manner throughout the duration of this project
• There was daily communication that occured via email
• I never felt that as I client I wasn't able to get an answer in a timely manner, in fact a lot of my questions would be answered before I even had to ask

Their drive to do things right and leave our site in a much better place is what made Transform Agency stand out. You can really tell that they take pride in their work and doing things the right way.
