Amasty helped us make some improvements to our website. Among them are a shopping cart reminder and the implementation of a stock alert for products that were sold out in the webshop and are now again available. They are also helping us with an enhancement of our RMA module to better meet our internal business processes. More custom developments to come!

Communication primarily via email and using Trello to log issues and track the progress of different elements of the project.

They are responsive and organized. They also helped us facilitate issues with third parties, showing flexibility on the adapting scope of the project as it developed.

We had a small issue at one stage where work had slowed down a little for a couple of weeks, when we raised it they quickly made some changes to the development team and it was resolved very efficiently with no fuss.

After the amendments were implemented, the importance of conversion increased, UX and the automation of internal processes improved significantly.
