After signing an NDA, we got straight into the design phase. It was a rapid development process with quick deployment. This app is still only on iOS, but soon we'll expand to Android.

The project manager was responsive to my requests, and we used Jira for project management and project deadline adjustments, Slack for communications, Skype/Zoom for calls.
