They have also identified what keywords to use in order for us to outrank our competitors on Google.

About two weeks after the kick-off call, they provided us with a detailed report that described the issues they found on our website and how to fix them. They also provided an SEO strategy document with step-by-step instructions along with key deadlines. So far, they have optimized most of our pages and cleaned up most of the technical issues.
