I’m the co-founder of BedzAI, an AI-powered rental marketplace helping users find rooms, bed spaces, shared apartments, hostels, PGs, and roommates. We connect renters with property owners through intelligent search, real-time listings, and a seamless mobile experience.

What specific goals or objectives did you hire Testvox to accomplish for BedzAI?

We needed help improving the UX and stabilizing the product by finding bugs.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Testvox tested our mobile app on Android. Their testing included functional testing, usability testing, and bug identification.

We worked with 2–5 teammates from Testvox.

How did you come to work with Testvox?

Someone referred Testvox to me. I chose them over other options because they had high ratings, were close to my geographic location, had pricing that fit our budget, had a great culture fit, offered good value for the cost, and had company values that aligned with ours.

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked together from May-June 2026.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Testvox helped improve the quality, stability, and readiness of our platform through structured QA and testing. Their work reduced critical bugs before release, improved app performance and UX, increased release confidence, and enabled successful deployment across Android, web, and iOS with faster issue resolution and higher platform stability.
While we didn't formally track KPIs such as crash-rate reduction or release-cycle time, Testvox's QA support helped us identify and resolve critical issues before production, resulting in more stable releases, fewer post-release defects, and greater confidence during Android, iOS, and web deployments. Their testing also helped us achieve successful production deployments with significantly fewer release blockers. 
Based on our experience, we estimate that around 50 critical and high-priority issues were identified and resolved before production. Testvox's QA process helped eliminate major release blockers, improve application stability, and ensure smoother Android, iOS, and web releases with significantly fewer post-release issues.

What did you find most impressive about them?

What impressed us most was Testvox's proactive approach and attention to detail. They didn't just report bugs — they reproduced issues consistently, suggested practical improvements, and communicated clearly throughout the project. Their thorough testing across different platforms helped us deliver a more stable and reliable product, making them feel like an extension of our own team.

Are there any areas they could improve?

We didn't encounter any major issues during the engagement. The project was handled professionally, communication was timely, and deliverables met our expectations. Overall, we were satisfied with the collaboration.

We engaged Testvox for testing one of the products that we were working on. We had a major release planned and had difficulty ramping up the testing team. Testvox provided trained and experienced resources who were able to contribute directly during the testing stage.

We had a discussion with an account manager and explained our requirements. They shortlisted some of the candidates and shared their profiles with us. We then conducted interviews and selected the candidates

We have successfully released the revamp of the product for which Tesvox resources were hired.

The quality of resources is impressive. They also engaged with us to ensure everything is smooth and made sure we are happy with the services provided.
