The most exciting thing about our partnership has been the quality of the leads coming in. I believe the quality of leads has improved due to the content that The Techno Studio UK added. We were initially focused on increasing our number of prospects, but we’ve been pleasantly surprised to find that the average spend from our current clients has increased.

Radix web has completed website, interface, and database product development projects for us — all of those projects are connected on the frontend. They've developed the architecture for our database and infrastructure. Each project results in a different application that our customers can integrate into their websites.

We started working with Radixweb in May 2022, and we’re still working with them.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Radixweb has a deep bench. We have a primary point of contact and if we need a different set of expertise, they accommodate our request for additional resources. We have a great working system with them, and they’re able to meet our needs. I constantly receive cold emails from agencies asking if they could help us with our software development. We haven’t had a need to look elsewhere.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We’re pleased with them. Our account manager is also diligent, staying in touch with us about our needs and what their team could do for us.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

We’ve thrown complicated projects at them, and Radixweb hasn’t disappointed us. They’re always able to figure out a solution to any of our challenges whether it requires developing new platforms or maintaining existing ones.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

They’re halfway around the world, which presents challenges because we’re in different time zones. However, we’re getting good services for a great price.
