After launching the store, it was possible to notice an increase in sales and functionality of the implemented solutions in a short time

I had already done everything regarding our logo and other designs, and they're using that to understand what we want to make the site look good. The site Tebim - Prestashop software house created has very good traffic. Overall, everything's going as it should, and I'm satisfied with their work.

They do a great job delivering the tasks on time and within budget. In addition, they're very responsive — if we have an emergency, I let them know, and they react immediately to solve it within an hour. Regarding communication and tools, we use Microsoft Teams, WhatsApp, phone calls, and emails.

They're responsive, have great communication, and have competitive pricing. Still, the most important feature is their modern website design abilities.

After upgrade our shop is working 100% faster and we can use new payment methods from up to date ready modules.

They have great comunication skills and also always think about main project goals. We talk about scope few times and we make all of work in estimated budget.

Wery fast and profesional communication. We never wait more than a few hours for a response.

We hired Tebim to create our global Product Explorer. The goal of the project was to build a stable and scalable solution that would allow us to easily showcase our entire range of products and easily publish information about new products. We needed multiple search options.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We came to Tebim on the recommendation of one of our cooperating contractors. After reviewing several agencies, we chose them because we believe they are committed to what they do.

Designed and developed a Prestashop-based web directory application. We first started with the concept and design to create an early proof of concept. In the next step, after several workshops, we created the MVP of the project with Tebim. They provided us with a very nice and fast solution with multiple search options, an easy-to-use admin panel and the ability to insert products via API. They optimized the search engine to quickly display results using multiple numerical parameters in the search.

The project team consisted of one frontend developer, one backend developer, one tester and a project manager. In addition, we benefited from consultation with their SEO specialist.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

This catalog platform engine has given us the ability to easily insert new and manage existing products, add to wish lists and search for similar products. This creates a new kind of product information for our customers. We can now reduce the customer service time associated with searching for materials and distributing them to customers.

Their project manager was very professional, met deadlines and always offered good advice. He was patient despite our different ideas.

They are very patient and always open to conversation. We never have a situation where they say we won't do it because it's another change in the project. They know Prestashop very well.

Not at the moment.
