The results came out to be fantastic as the team is experienced and knows well how to build systems.

Their project management style was Agile and worked perfect when it came to timely deliverables.

Most impressive part is the mixture of good communication skills and attention to detail.

They should work improving their work timings as they are not adjusted according to the clients. Plus should work on a bit of scheduling as always work is not a good habit and becomes frustrating for other people some times.

In no way am I saying what they do isn't good, but content development and designing could be worked on and improved further. Also, if they develop financial services capabilities in-house, they could be even more helpful to MTM as that's where the real money is (at least in Saudi Arabia).
