Challenge:
The PZ B2B Mobile Application was designed to address a specific challenge faced by Parazelsus, a specialized healthcare and FMCG product distributor with operations in India, Pakistan, and Afghanistan. The company sought to improve the ordering-to-delivery process for its SME segment, reduce operational costs, and increase sales by implementing it in eight major cities across Pakistan.
Solution:

One of our clients wanted to restore their SharePoint application because they lost all their data. We’ve outsourced the project to Systechlogic because our expertise is in providing solutions on the e-commerce platform. Systechlogic has identified the lost data and what needs to be redeveloped.
We have four applications, and three have been restored and redeveloped. One is still under construction.

So far, we’ve moved steadily. Systechlogic is taking proper follow-ups for our client. Project management is good. We don’t have to follow them for updates, which makes our life easier. We use Slack and email for communication and ClickUp and CRM SharePoint to manage the project.

In the modern fact paced era, where timely and correct decision making can change total outlook of the business, our goal was to improve over all product costing analysis and improve decision making. We were unable to reach at that level of design where we could enable and equipped the senior management to take decision on any factor effecting product cost. Systechlogic has helped us to design the interface on Excel where all the tools are mentioned on face and management can change any factor and analyze its impact on product cost and can take decision accordingly.
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
We found out Systechlogic a group of top professional, who understands client's requirement very well. Apart from the corporate contract bounding, they know how to go an extra mile to develop long term relationships with their clients. We explained our requirements to 3 different vendors and obtained the cost. Although Systechlogic did not quote the lowest cost, but their professional attitude, client dealing and top behavior in whole process made us inclined towards them.

Firstly, they conducted two initialed meeting to understand the actual requirement and the overall existing workflow. Then they pointed the flaws in it and helped us to rectify them. Then they designed their system, or interface, in excel to help us analyze in a more detailed way. They did not do the task as per our requirements only, but they added extra feature, extra tool and added more value in it.

There were two People from Systechlogic who we mainly dealt with. One is Mr Shaheer, a top professional, who knows how to built strong ad long term customer relationship. The other person was Mr Saif, an Excel expert, who was actually the person on ground and did all the designing and execution of the project.
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
After the execution of this Dashboard, our decision making was very quick and timely. The management was very pleased with the overall project completion.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
As mentioned earlier, they were top professionals who went the extra mile to build a customer relationship. Even in the odd timings when they were being contacted, they never hesitated to answer us and always responded with positive attitude.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
It was very comfortable to deal with them. Even we did some changes in the dashboard in mid project, which they accommodated pleasingly. This attitude impressed us the most and would definitely force us to contact them again if any requirement occurs.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
Well, I Believe every person, every project has area of improvement. Some times I felt like they could not understand my requirement very well and I was asked same thing again and again. But I would appreciate this attitude as it was better to execute with clarity rather than executing and failing without direction.

Our website was created around 8 years ago by a freelance agent and over the years it got obsolete, with no after-sale services to keep it updated, and the website broke down and was no longer entirely functional.
I decided to have an entirely new website made to display the company better than it was marketed in the previous one and decided to look for potential developers who could both do a good job and maintain a relationship for future services.

I looked up the developers I could find on the internet and asked my contacts to recommend some developers themselves if they knew any. I was referred to Systechlogic by a close friend and decided to approach them among a few potential others.
I decided to work with them when I met them and felt they would make good partners for the foreseeable future if I ever need services beyond web development that they could offer.

I left majority of the work autonomy on them after explaining to them my requirements. I wanted an informative website that would display my company, my products, the machinery we have, contact information, and any other relevant details.
I kept the process and delivery timeline flexible due to ensure that the website was developed smoothly without the pressure of deadlines. Even so, Systechlogic was very prompt with the work they did and kept me fully involved in the work they were doing almost on a daily basis.
