Initial meetings were followed with follow up phone calls and emails. We felt very much part of the entire process. Everything was explained and mapped out so we knew what they were doing and why. Their brief was to take over both the SEO and Google Ads management of the company, and we agreed to have ongoing feedback and monthly reports detailing progress on the KPIs we agreed with them.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The results have exceeded our expectations. The website has improved drastically. The content was updated across the board and the metrics show this has had a very positive impact in our visitor engagement. From an SEO perspective, rankings and traffic are increasing month on month.

Google Ads is now generating significantly more leads than it did before we engaged them. Our spend is fairly static but the number of clicks and conversions we are getting is increasing and the quality of visitor coming from ads improves each month.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Communication is excellent. We have an ongoing communications by email and telephone while the monthly reports are clear and informative. They are keen to keep us in the loop which is great as I’ve a better understanding of the whole process.

When we got to the point that we felt we could self sustain things, they were very accommodating in reducing the amount of support needed. Likewise, when our internal capabilities changed again, they were able to jump straight back in and take the reigns.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We have noticed a huge difference in the traffic to our site. Our rankings have definitely improved and traditionally where some of our training programs may have been in less demand, we have seen increases in these inquiries for these.

For what projects/services did your company hire SWOT Digital?

Our website was not ranking as well as I wanted it to. We also were not happy with our website content and the way our Google Ads were shaped. As a result, we hired SWOT Digital to manage our SEO and Google AdWords account.

What were your goals for this project?

Our goals were to rank high on Google for the main keywords associated with our industry and to get more business through our website, both from SEO and paid advertising.

We had worked previously with Chris Wanger (Director, SWOT Digital) in another company and knew what he could bring to the table. His hands-on approach, ability to deliver great results, and the fact that he was always available to help us was a significant factor in retaining SWOT Digital.

SWOT Digital has helped with all aspects of digital marketing with great success. They modify our site content to be more SEO-friendly and refine our Google AdWords. We continue to retain them to this day.

What was the team composition?

We work with four people: two SEO specialists, a PPC specialist, and a designer/developer.

Can you share any statistics or metrics that speak to the quality of their work and impact of the engagement?

We now rank on the first page of Google for our main keywords and our organic traffic is growing month over month. We are also getting more qualified visitors to our site, evidenced by better engagement metrics and higher-quality acquisitions.

Their project management is excellent. They are hands-on, approachable, and dynamic.

They are a proactive, effective team that is always available to help and answer any questions. I am also impressed by how cost-effective and result-driven they are. They provide great reporting that explains what is going on.

We hired SWOT Digital to improve our ranking on Google and maintain our Facebook page. We wanted them to take full responsibility for our online advertising.

How did you select this vendor?

I met with a lot of companies, but many of them didn’t understand my company or wanted to perform a more costly, widespread campaign. SWOT Digital was recommended to me by a web designer, so I met with the team. They wanted to learn about my business, clients, and differentiation from competitors. When they asked those questions before talking about the budget, I knew I could work with them.

SWOT Digital organized a campaign with messaging directed at our target audience. After our initial meeting, the team performed a lot of research on our competitors. In our next meeting, they presented a strategy that would get our message out to the right audience. Their services included updating my old website, including SEO. They also enhanced our Facebook account and ran some special offer campaigns. We agreed on different budgets for certain campaigns.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Since I started working with the team, I have seen my rankings on Google dramatically improve. Now, our online presence competes with bigger companies.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Our working relationship with SWOT Digital is excellent. I get monthly reports that are easy to follow and very transparent. I don't need to check on everything they do, as the reports show every detail and breakdown.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

I’m most impressed with their ability to learn about my business and then use that knowledge to target my customers. They customized their services and made recommendations after listening to my needs. I’m not always the quickest in responding to their requests, but the team communicates in an efficient and patient way.
