We were looking to hire an agency to help us actualize our set marketing goals for the year 2020. This was at a critical stage when most businesses were heavily laden with the economic downturn resulting from the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic. With the fiscal year almost half spent and revenue nosediving, we needed not just an advertising agency, but more of a brand management solutions that can help us create differentiation among competition and position our brand and its ingenious categories to compete more favorably.

Indeed, there is quite a cluster of various advertising agencies within the advertising space, which made decision making a bit tedious (we needed to manage our risks to the barest minimum) - we had just about several offers to consider. Deep within, I knew what I wanted for my brand, and my team had a clear brief, so on one of those instances, I sought the opinion of one of my trusted friend and senior colleague who was equally doing well with his brand.
