A young entrepreneur walked into our Lagos business office/premises and requested to see any of our consultants, he had limited budget to launch his brand of household products within the local market. He needed help. We saw his passion and soon what began like an enquiry, now ended up into a full brand –FLEX- with the local market agog in less than 90 days.
We started with a dedicated market survey, taking cues from the brands millennials have embraced over the past few years. It was important to develop clearly differential image - one rooted in the identity it stands for and positioned in a younger, fresher and more dynamic direction.
For the logo, we created a perfectly structured solution that communicates the brand identity. We developed a series of engaging brand messages designed to live across a wide number of (multiple) channels; online and in-app.
Our client (in the real estate sector), had partnered with the Lagos State government ministry of housing and was on a mission to rapidly construct high quality housing for low and middle income communities at a scale.
We were required to lead major brand activation/experiential sales and drive community-based awareness at select demographical categories.
Our client, a major player within the Pharmaceutical sector and as at the time, its brand of worm expeller still struggled with a low awareness level, and the market share besieged by generic products.
Worm infestation had become (and still is) a major public health problem in many countries in Africa. Consequences of worm infections on younger generation (children) has attracted medical and social concerns, hence de-worming has become an essential component of school health programmes.
Our task became to break a campaign that cuts across all publicity media channels, generating an easy top of the mind recall amongst the lay; to establish family/kids friendly jingles that would effect a strong brand identity; establishing school awareness programs that buttress effective de-worming using Pyrantrin.
An American investment company was to embark on a massive digital technology project, targeted at employed middle class Nigerian citizens.
It required valuable data on average specific computer technology needs of these group.
It was an amazing revelation that influenced key decisions.
Our client was a major travel service provider, challenged with a very minimal budget to target class A & B potential travelers with her various travel packages.
With major strategic partnership deal with our regular events, we rolled out promo offers for families and young couples.

A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the general manager of Domestic Partners.
What challenge were you trying to address with Super Stars Promotions Limited?
I wasn’t getting sales and needed help with advertising. I’d hired services from some companies but they weren’t delivering what I wanted, so I turned to Super Stars Promotion
What was the scope of their involvement?
Super Stars Promotions advertised on various platforms. We did billboard and lamp posts — they focused on very wide coverage. They also did experiential sales.
The team provided resources on the ground who met with people and told them about our services.
I left everything to them. They created the content and did some social media and digital advertising for me.
What is the team composition?
I had one main point of contact, but there were up to 10 salespeople. They also had somebody handling the digital aspect.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Anyone who wants to work with them should. They’re very good. I haven’t had any reason to look for any other person to handle my marketing activities.
