Ben helped us with Facebook/Instagram (Meta) ads. He put together detailed plans, had bi-weekly phone call touchbases with us, streamlined our ads in Meta, did testing with different ads, and reported on how the ads were performing weekly if not more often.

• 665,000 total impressions from Facebook & Instagram Ads
• 5.5% overall conversion rate

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

Yes, Ben and his team are very hard workers and always tried to meet our needs. They were prompt with responses for the most part, with a few exceptions during weekends/after work hours, which is to be understood.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

We decided to work with Ben because he reached out and took the initiative to tell us about how our business could be performing better with ads. We loved his hands-on, boots on the ground approach. It was very personal to start and felt like we actually had a human being to meet our business' needs vs getting lost by working with a big ad agency. 
The shift to not being able to work with Ben directly, along with some misses from his team in regards to ad details, are some of the reasons we decided to stop using Sulka Search (at least for now).

Are there any areas for improvement or something SulkaSearch could have done differently?

Just wrote this in the last prompt -- too early, sorry about that! We really appreciated Ben's hands-on approach and wish that could have continued a bit more instead of having other team members in charge of our business' ads.
