This documentation was carried out at our hubs in Homabay, Mbita and Nyachebe. The deliverables for this documentation were edited still images, edited footage and raw footage which were to be submitted 1 week after the documentation. StoryPro delivered excellent work within the agreed timeframe.

StoryPro's project management and communication skills are top-notch. From the time we reached out to inquire about their availability for our project, they kept us updated on timeframes, expectations, and what we needed for the success of this documentation. I also like that they worked independently after I shared our itinerary with them which saved me the hustle to travel with them for the work hence I could concentrate on other tasks after I linked them up with our colleagues at our hubs. 
They worked collaboratively with the colleagues I linked them up with and I also like that they offered advice on the best footage and still images we needed to achieve our project needs. They delivered the work on time without us having to follow up with them. I recommend StoryPro Film anytime due to their efficiency and high-quality work.

Initially a video script was provided to convey the specifics to the StroyPro.  They came up with an adjusted script which did not convey the essence of what was required.  After many versions back and forward we eventually received a product that we could use with our donors.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Eventually but it was very slow.  Very detailed notes were given to the post production team but only a percentage of the dot points were carried out.  Hence we had to keep going back.  The main person was compliant with changes.

No.  The timing wasn't great. 

They did respond well, but it took a lot of time to get the product to where we needed it to be for our donors.

Their stickability.  We wanted to make sure that everyone was on the same page and they did respond to our comments.

If a person is assigned the job, that person must ensure that they completes it and does not hand it over to someone outside the loop.

StoryPro Film was very essential with literally everything. From the efficiency of their workmanship and concepts to the final product was exceptional. I would vouch for them any day.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

• Good communication skills from the team and those in charge. They were keen to understand how we operated and our expected outcomes. A well laid testimonial video was produced as a result of an incredibly passionate and organised team.

The deliverables were timely. We had few rounds of review and much to our surprise, the process was not as complicated and time consuming as we'd thought.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They were well mobilised to make everything worked out for us. There was some fabulous communication and follow-ups especially with other materials to help the build our testimonial video. I loved the young professional energy they brought around during filming sessions.

Are there any areas for improvement or something StoryPro Film could have done differently?

In as much as we loved what they produced, I feel they could work more on their customer oriented solution styles and they'll be on course to onboarding more clients.
