I’m the president of Cartography, a non-gendered jewelry company. We make conversation pieces using ethically sourced materials in NYC.

What specific goals or objectives did you hire StoreLab to accomplish for Cartography?

We initially hired StoreLab for Meta ad buys. Since then, their work has evolved to include AV0, CRO, and UGC.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

StoreLab handles all our ad buys and CRO. I provide the content and basic copy direction, but through clear communication, including expert listening, they’ve helped build trust that allows me to focus on the creation aspect of my jewelry while letting them take care of the digital technicalities. This has been a big relief on my end, as I don’t have to micromanage and wonder if something is being done well.Regarding UGC content, I’m more hands-on regarding content creator selection and offering edit notes. However, they’re becoming more attuned to the company's voice and vision, so what they bring to the table requires less of my input. The team delivers ad campaigns, creates templates for landing page and product page optimization, and procures and directs UGC videos.

Our sales are up this year with less spending, and we’re very focused on conversion rates. Our sales have increased by 12% compared to last year.

How did StoreLab perform from a project management standpoint?

They deliver on time. There was a spot of bother with a UGC person in terms of timing, and they stayed on top of it. We communicate through virtual meetings, emails, and messaging apps.
