I'm a co-founder at Crunch, digital solutions company. We provide outsourcing development, design, devops, and data science services to startups, medium businesses and enterprises.

For what projects/services did your company hire StaffingPartner?
As a software development company, we are in constant need of highly-qualified IT talents for new projects.
At first, we tried building an in-house recruiting department, but it wasn't a perfect solution for us due to the uneven workload during the month: some days recruiters had no open vacancies to work on at all, and when a new project had started, they had 20+ positions to fill at once, so we had to turn to a recruitment agency anyway.
That's when we finally found StaffingPartner as the best staffing company for us.
SOLUTION
How did you select this firm and what were the deciding factors?
Before we selected StaffingPartner, we tried a few different recruiting companies. But the agencies weren't able to recruit the relevant specialists in such a short time as StaffingPartner did.
Describe the project in detail and walk through their service package.
During these years we are working with StaffingPartner, we needed about 30+ Senior developers (mostly .net, React, Java, C++, and RoR), 30-50 Middle developers, and about 20 Junior specialists for different projects. Sometimes we have up to 30 positions to fill for a project at once, and it was really impressive how StaffingPartner managed to find all the relevant IT people within 1 month.
As for the service package, the StaffingPartner team helped us to create proper vacancies, conducted the interviews, provided us with 6-10 candidates for each position within 2 weeks, and then consulted us on the offering process. Besides, they offer a 2-month "guarantee period" for a specialist, but we only used this option once, and they replaced the developer for free within 1 week.
How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
I'm not sure how many resources worked with us, because we mostly communicated with 1 manager regarding all the issues, which is very convenient. There was no micromanagement at all needed from our end.

The greatest demonstration of success are the happy Crunch clients, who had their projects developed by Senior and Middle specialists, so the digital products were delivered on time and according to the schedule.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
The workflow is highly effective. All we needed was just a few calls to discuss all the vacancies, and some further communication regarding the candidates. We had one manager assigned by StaffingPartner to our company, so we always know whom to address all our questions and queries to.

Enormous capacity, the speed of recruitment process, ability to find even the most rare tech talent, very convenient and well-organized processes.
