Our engagement is quite simple - every time we have openings, we consider them to be shared with the StaffingPartner team and receive qualified candidates. We hire those candidates who successfully pass all stages of our hiring process.
How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
It depends on our needs, which is one of the advantages of StaffingPartner, as they scale when we have many vacancies to fill. As far as we know, they engage 10 to 20 recruiters to work on our openings.

Can you share any outcomes from the engagement that demonstrate progress or success?
During more than three years of cooperation, we successfully hired 70+ great specialists. At the beginning of our collaboration, we hired developers mainly on the Ukrainian market, but in 2022 we expanded our recruitment activities to Poland and Bulgaria.

The collaboration was great. At first, we were concerned that working with a recruitment agency would only add extra work for us, but it turned out to be very easy and efficient. Everything runs smoothly, from finding candidates quickly and efficiently to confirming their interviews with us. They've been an excellent resource for getting the job done.

How did you select this firm and what were the deciding factors?
It was a long time ago, so I don't really remember. As for now, the main deciding factors for us are agency service coverage by location, technology, and domain, pricing policy, and ease of communication.

Our cooperation is quite typical. We share our openings with their team and receive active candidates’ CVs and proceed to interviews. We pay them once we successfully hire candidates they provided.

Around 15 recruiters work on our vacancies on their side. We never faced lack of capacity with StaffingPartner, they work on as many vacancies as we need them to.

During our 2-year cooperation we hired more than 60 people with their help. 50 of them were in the Ukrainian IT market, and others in Poland and Slovakia.

From the beginning of our cooperation, the workflow was smooth, and it became even more comfortable after 2 years of mutual work. Of course, sometimes we have minor organizational issues because we work on many vacancies at once, but we always work them out and get good results.

They helped us close several positions, including .NET full stack and .NET back-end developer, DevOps, and a .NET technical lead. We had specific requirements such as exact fit in technologies, experience with Cloud technologies, and long-term cooperations with previous companies. The StaffingPartner team was very accurate in submitting CVs, so finding a great candidate took not more than 1-2 months, depending on the position. The whole process was transparent and comfortable.

I communicate with the account manager, who shares our new positions with the rest of the recruitment team. As a rule, 3-4 recruiters deal with our openings.
