What was the team composition?

We worked closely with a team of 10ish people from Square2. The main communicator with weekly updates and emails was with the Senior Growth Strategist.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Overall we are please with the outcome and work! Our new website homepage looks great.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We had weekly meetings and now monthly meetings to go over progress and next steps. Additionally, we communicate over email regularly and they give us regular updates. Every post or project gets reviewed by us before approved and posted.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

They have a team of experts in each field (COO & Director of Client Services, Senior Growth Strategist, Content Director, Senior Copywriter, Managing Editor, Senior UX Designer, Director of Interactive, Development Manager, that hone in on learning and deep diving into our company. This has been great! The content and feedback they gave to us were very useful.
