Apart from that, developing an app for both iOS and Android platforms to handle large data and transactions. They designed the website using Figma to get the initial live frame and integrated Elementor into WordPress. After we got the design approval from our CEO, they started working on development.

The team currently manages our website. If the site has any issues, we call them to fix it.

We’ve worked with three teams: one in JavaScript, one in PHP, and one in frontend development, which included HTML and WordPress. Additionally, they have a technology lead.

They’re highly responsive and available 24/7. The server went down once, and we had a call with them around 1:00–2:00 a.m. Moreover, the project manager connects with us regularly. We have regular Skype calls, and the team does scrums and gives us updates on what’s going on.

In December 2022, we embarked on our journey with the talented team at SparxIT to bring our project to life. Their initial estimate of 5–6 months to release the app was an encouraging sign of their commitment to timely and efficient delivery.

Although the app is still in development, SparxIT has already delivered an MVP that's been a hit with our customers. We've seen increased engagement and satisfaction, which is excellent news. Their hard work and dedication have inspired us to develop a full-fledged app. We are planning to launch the app this June.
