Our main point of contact with their entire team is the project manager; I can ask him anything and he will take care of it.

When we initially started working with Solvexmedia in February 2021, our SEO traffic doubled, and our revenue from SEO increased by more than twofold between October 2021  and September 2022. Additionally, they were able to dramatically raise our rating in the keyword categories that we wanted them to concentrate on. Regarding email marketing, our email-driven revenue has skyrocketed and greatly improved.

When it comes to project management, Solvexmedia excels. Being a small business ourselves, we frequently encounter obstacles and bottlenecks because of our little resources. However, they do a great job of encouraging us and bringing up deadlines and milestones. Furthermore, they always produce by the deadline they state, and we have never experienced any issues from their end.

The area in which Solvexmedia excels most is in communication. They are really receptive, and we can always talk openly with them. They obviously have excellent technical skills as well. It's amazing how well they can absorb our criticism and make changes that satisfy our requirements. They're quite nimble overall, and we like working with them.

The entire team has been responsive, smart, and a delight to deal with from the beginning, when we were working on discovery, to putting up their online platform for social media evaluation and approval to having regular check-ins.

Usually, there were 3 primary persons on our team. One was our regular point of contact where inquiries could be made and responses provided, usually in a very short amount of time. Additionally, the account had a manager, and the owner was on hand to answer any issues that required more in-depth explanation.

Since then, we've increased our social media presence to include some well-managed, continuous updates with very high qualifications. This, in my opinion, was crucial in helping us find and approach our initial sponsored influencers.
