I conducted research and made calls to a number of organizations, including Solvexmedia. They were the ones I ultimately went with because of their knowledge and accessibility.

We get assistance from Solvexmedia for our email marketing and SEO. They began by taking over our SEO efforts. Subsequently they were the best-performing keywords we had prior to the migration, we gave them a list of keywords we wanted to concentrate on, and they have since improved our rankings. We chose to enlist their assistance for our email marketing campaigns as well after working with them for about four to five months because of their responsiveness and knowledge. We currently collaborate closely with Solvexmedia on our keyword strategy and research. However, since they are the authorities, we rely on them to guide many of those initiatives.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

On the SEO front, we work with two Solvexmedia employees who serve as our primary points of contact and two additional individuals who support them by participating in our calls. On the email marketing side, we collaborate with two other folks, and they also have copywriters and creative designers working behind the scenes. Our main point of contact with their entire team is the project manager; I can ask him anything and he will take care of it.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

When we initially started working with Solvexmedia in February 2021, our SEO traffic doubled, and our revenue from SEO increased by more than twofold between October 2021  and September 2022. Additionally, they were able to dramatically raise our rating in the keyword categories that we wanted them to concentrate on. Regarding email marketing, our email-driven revenue has skyrocketed and greatly improved.

When it comes to project management, Solvexmedia excels. Being a small business ourselves, we frequently encounter obstacles and bottlenecks because of our little resources. However, they do a great job of encouraging us and bringing up deadlines and milestones. Furthermore, they always produce by the deadline they state, and we have never experienced any issues from their end.

Usually, there were 3 primary persons on our team. One was our regular point of contact where inquiries could be made and responses provided, usually in a very short amount of time.
