SmartSites was hired to re-create a new website for us. They were to build it from the ground up, and put our vision onto the web.

We found them online, and thought their prices and reviews made them worth looking into. After talking on the phone with Irina, we knew it was the right fit.

The site was built with Wordpress, and we went back and forth on what the site should look like. They implemented our social media, contact boxes, and much more.

Irina was the main contact, but there were others who helped at times throughout the project as well.

From the mockups they showed us to the final project, the result was fantastic.

They had a team that was very attentive and they had a great-looking office. You got the sense that you were working with professionals.

At times some smaller details were occasionally missed, and we had to ask them to go back and fix them.

To date we have closed multiple leads we received from Google which is the best I've seen from any PPC company I've worked with in the last 10 years. I am very pleased with the results and we continue to get better. The new website is coming along great too and looks very very professional. Can't wait to launch our final product.

Amazing communication. Smartsites has been incredibly responsive and really cares about the final product.

Communication and response times. Most companies take a while to respond after you pay them. SmartSites has continually responded to me quickly and delivers on timelines and budget, too.

The onboarding started with an account audit. They reviewed my account and sent over a list of recommendations. After the audit, I signed the contract and we had a project kickoff. From there Dylan was able to get the necessary information to deliver significant improvements within my campaigns.

I worked directly with Dylan as my PPC analyst. Him and I worked together on creating ads, adding in new keywords and removing low quality traffic.

Then it took about a week for them to build out a landing page and restructure my ad account. From there, it was about a month or two of experimenting with different strategies and by month 3, I saw major improvements!

We were averaging around 1-2 leads a day. We are now at 6-7 leads a day. I'm able to hire more technicians and grow the business eventually to the next state.
