Sam is a true designer with technical skills that are hard to come by. She can visualize but also solve technical issues across the digital ecosystem. The design is creative and the best thing about Sam is she is a great listener.

More of a briefing process in the upfront would help organize the project more clearly with scheduled deadlines to hit.
