Independently verified change in site speed from Google Page Speed Insights. The before and after for this project was very easy to determine using this standard tool.

They had excellent communication throughout, even though they are in a different time zone, their responses were always within a short period of time. There were a couple of queries that popped up along the way and they dealt with these quickly and efficiently. They are very good at making sure they understand what the issue is from my perspective.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

That they were exactly as they were described by other reviews. We picked them based on the great reviews, but you're still not 100% sure when working with someone new, but they are the real deal!

Are there any areas for improvement or something SetuBridge Technolabs could have done differently?

This may be a personal preference, but although it's great to communicate via WhatsApp, as we did, I don't find it the easiest way to keep on top of things, because once you've read the message there's no way of flagging it up as a to-do item if you can't respond to it immediately. I'm a bit old fashioned and find that email is far better for me to schedule responses that may take time. 

That's the only down side of dealing with them, but I wouldn't knock them for it, it won't stop me using them again, I'm pretty sure that they would work whatever way I wanted if I had thought about telling them at the time...
