If anything, it would be great if they could offer a dedicated client portal for tracking project progress in real time, just to add an extra layer of transparency. But this is a very minor suggestion and in no way affected the quality or delivery of our project. We were thoroughly satisfied with their services and would not hesitate to work with them again.
