The Directorate for European Integration is a permanent, autonomous and professional body of the Council of Ministers of Bosnia and Herzegovina, which coordinates the processes and activities of the institutions in the integration of BiH into the European Union.

Continuous guidance and consultancy services conducted by the dedicated IT Expert (Key Expert); 

• Quality control of the initialization phase; 
• Control and support in the agile development phase of MERSA (guidance related to agile framework); 
• Control and support in the pilot implementation phase; 
• Continuous monitoring of the development of MERSA, ensuring that MERSA meets additional quality criteria that exist within similar information systems in developed EU countries; 
• Software testing and validation, analyzing deficiencies and recommending improvements, including user experience; 
• Transfer of knowledge and experiences, focusing on sharing experiences from similar government systems in Sweden; 
• Coaching team members related to project realisation and project handover; 
• Advisory for issues and potential problems in the MERSA development process.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

SEEBA was identified as a supportive and valuable support mechanism throughout the relevant project phase by the Directorate (DEI) team, as well as external stakeholders. one of the outcomes from the project: SEEBA has conducted code review of the data base system as last moment of the project to make sure that the quality of the code delivered is following industry standards.

SEEBA has been a reliable partner and valuable asset in project implementation, providing continuous support to the project team.All the required items were delivered on time and met all the quality criteria for respective tasks.

SEEBA has been a realiable partner and valuable asset in project implementation. Above that, they were reasonable and easy to work with due to their excellent interpersonal skills and non-ever compromising results.

SEEBA delivered all the expected outputs and more. They were very dedicated to the project and shouldn't change anything in their approach.

Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

The scope of this assignment was to conduct study of upgrading of the infrastructure of a core IT-system at a state agency in North Macedonia, that Lantmäteriet has a cooperation with. Focus for the assignment was to map the current situation of thr core business IT system to a future situation, and describe what steps and measures to take to upgrade the infrastructure and used middleware of the system.

 To perform the assignment SEEBA conducted digital meetings, meeting on site, got reports and documentation from the agency, interviews with employees and outsourcing companies. The deliveries was a report and a presentation of the findings and recommendations.

• A report with three different alternative soloutions, where one was recommended.

We were satisfied with the communication, meetings and deliveries. Everything was on time and of good quality.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

SEEBA were interested in solving the problems of the agency and not only do what was asked in the procurement. The team at SEEBA gave brave and knowledgeable  recommendations.

Are there any areas for improvement or something SEEBA could have done differently?

The customer asked for more recommendations on details for upgrading the infrastructure, which was given in an updated report after less than one week.

A clear plan and structure for our tech platform, including all that has to be prepared.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Very good. I received frequent updates and questions, drafts etc and talked on phone/video call from time to time.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They are extremely focused on actually helping and providing something of clear value.

It was a small project and I did not experience anything negative.
