I’m the managing director of a supply chain, logistics, and transport company. We’re a licensed customs house agent specializing in import customs clearance, documentation, and regulatory compliance. We offer end-to-end support for the smooth and efficient handling of import shipments.

We didn’t have any online presence before January 2025, and we needed clients.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Scribo Media has developed our website and done on-page and technical SEO optimizations. They’ve also created a Google Business Profile and written high-quality blogs to create topical authority in our industry. The team has designed and developed our WordPress website from scratch and optimized it to rank for search terms like “clearing agent in Kolkata” and “C&F agent in Kolkata.”

I got to know Akash (Founder) from one of my business colleagues. We chose Scribo Media because they were close to my geographic location, their pricing fit our budget, they were a great culture fit, they offered good value for the cost, and their company values aligned with ours.

We started working with them in January 2025, and our engagement is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Within a month or two, we were seen on the first page of Google, which was exactly what we wanted. In 12 months, our website gained 1 million impressions. More importantly, we get around 4–5 weekly inquiries without spending anything on ads. We’ve gained over 10 clients, and our revenue has increased by around 40%. Around 35%–40% of our total revenue is directly linked to conversions from the website.

How did Scribo Media perform from a project management standpoint?

Scribo Media is very punctual and gets things done on time. We communicate via in-person meetings, virtual meetings, and emails or messaging apps.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their knowledge of digital marketing and SEO, and their ability to deliver results quickly, are impressive.

I can’t think of anything for Scribo Media to improve.

Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

The project included developing a high converting landing page for my real estate project to capture maximum leads for the seed project keyword. Akash from Scribo Media did a very good job developing that landing page. The page started ranking in top 3 from day two and I was able to capture many leads during the launch of the project and close a few. Additionally Akash has also assisted me in running meta ads and generating well over 500 leads and that has also helped my business in closing deals and increasing revenue. Overall, it has been a great experience working with Scribo Media.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The webpage generated 150-200 organic leads in 12 months and I was able to close many deals. The meta ads campaigns run by them also generates over 500 leads. All these helped me increase my revenue by over 50%.

They were quick to respond to any queries that I had. Akash developed my website in just 2 days and optimized it so well that it started ranking in Google searchs by 2nd day itself and it has been maintaining that position ever since. The delivery was before time and I was very impressed with the job done by them. They had expertise in Real Estate, as they say, and I saw that with their work. Overall, the experience with the team was good.

They have expertise in what they do. They can rank websites very well. Their knowledge in the real estate market is spot on. Scribo media people know very well what customers want from a project page and how to capture them as leads. 

Are there any areas for improvement or something Scribo Media could have done differently?

I would suggest if they can explore more areas in which we, as real estate brokers, can capture more leads. I would love to work with them on that.
