We were struggling with a severely outdated brand identity and, more importantly, a highly complex, manual internal management process. As our travel inventory and documentation grew, our existing systems became a massive operational bottleneck for our staff. The most significant measurable outcome was the drastic reduction in operational friction. By completely modernizing our brand and building an intuitive, scalable UI/UX architecture for our massive internal portal, SAY Design Studio eliminated the complex bottlenecks our staff faced when managing travel inventory and documentation.
Since launching the new internal portal designed by SAY Design Studio, we’ve seen a 40% reduction in the time it takes our staff to log and retrieve complex travel documents. Because the UX architecture is so intuitive, we also cut our new employee training time on the inventory system in half. 
Furthermore, their organized, developer-ready Figma files eliminated back-and-forth communication, which ultimately accelerated our engineering team’s build timeline by roughly three weeks. We also increased our booking rates by 15%–20%.
