We made first contact through a recommendation. Our deciding factor was the ability to understand the task at hand and being able to provide advice on how to improve our services.

We began with a web app for our customers which gave performance feedback. Over the years, we added more features which came with customer demand. We received great advice on how to implement the updates as well as on how to improve our user interface. We’ve had several updates to the app as well as a rebrand.

We received a lot of support from everyone in the company including the CEO and CTO. Around six or seven engineers were involved in the projects to date.

We’ve managed to improve customer retention due to the instant performance feedback from the app. The app also helped us get through the pandemic with many of our customers choosing to receive our services remotely.

The workflow has been very smooth. As with any program based service, there are minor issues; however, Sarvadhi Solutions were very quick to react and solved the issues immediately. Deadlines were always met with plenty of time to make sure that we can make launch announcements.

Our work loads have been been irregular, however Sarvadhi was able to add resources and remove when we needed them, which helped a lot.

We use clickup to mange project development and Sarvadhi's inhouse productivity tracking software, which includes screen capture.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Sarvadhi was flexible and was able to scale as and when we needed. They also worked after hours and occasionally weekends when we had deadlines to meant or bugs to fix. Communication was great with them and they adapted to using our communication channels (Discord and more recently Zendesk) well

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

The team servicing our project were relatively junior 1-4 years exp. We were not able to outsource senior full stack. in fairness to Sarvanhi, our stack in very complex and incudes multiple languages including web3, which is not yet a common language.

Since going live with the app, the app serves 15.000 users and it's still in the early stages.

State-of-the-art communication. They possess a high level of English, written and spoken, which makes everything work like charm.We're using all the proper tools for communication (Slack, Zoom, Google Meet) and task management (ClickUp, Trello).

What makes Sarvadhi special is that they don't provide a limited resource, you get an elastic, flexible team, expanding when necessary, reacting to your needs and deadlines, and covering wide areas of competencies.

The best thing is that you are part of that team, working in real-time with them on your project.
