We had been operating without being an official company for a number of years. Therefore, we hired Sarvadhi Solutions to put everything together and construct our company to the point where we can begin full operation.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Sarvadhi Solutions has developed our website. They've put together a web development team, including a project manager, to cooperate with us on a B2B level and implement my design. Throughout our engagement, they've also implemented change requests.

Initially, it was an estimated three-month-long development project, and the goal was to complete the engineering side of our website, a social media platform. The project was originally divided into many phases, and we've already completed the first phase, which is getting us to the point where we have our product ready to sell. We now have the next phase coming up.

My designs had been ongoing for years, but Sarvadhi Solutions has gone back to the beginning and started again. They've offered UI/UX design and development. Initially, I provided them with basic concepts and a very basic UI/UX design. I also had prepared color schemes. However, the team has provided a better alternative solution for what we were asking. As for the technology stack, they've used Python and Django.

Sarvadhi Solutions has also provided maintenance and hosting. We've used AWS for the hosting, so I pay for the hosting service, and they cooperate with me to make all the connections to Amazon EC2. Additionally, they provided me with testing support before launching the website.

I work directly with Hemal (Director of Project Management), who has three other developers working on the project.

I've been through quite a few web developers in my time. We connected through a website many years ago, and Sarvadhi Solutions did a very small project update for me. As I began to work elsewhere, I revisited them, and we began this phase 2–3 years later.

How much have you invested with them?

We've spent $27,000 AUD (approximately $18,000 USD).

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in February 2024, and our project is ongoing. We initially had a few hurdles and started the project a bit after the expected day, but we got into it straight away. The first phase of the project ended in September 2024.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

I've done thorough system testing, and every time we've run across a system hurdle or design error, Savardhi Solutions has been very prompt in correcting and improving the issue. We've covered everything that I can possibly see on the site. For example, I've generated new accounts, done all the processes, and used all the functions available.

How did Sarvadhi Solutions Private Limited perform from a project management standpoint?

We communicate via a chat system, and we've also booked many calls to vocally reiterate the next phase and step. We usually communicate an issue via a chat, and we then go straight into the step-by-step process. We've kept adding things to the chat and having meetings all the way to each phase's completion.

I would like to give a shout-out to Hemal and Paras (CTO).

What did you find most impressive about them?

Sarvadhi Solutions is organized and fast in correcting any system issues that we identify. They communicate at a high level, are very accurate in their work, and are quick to implement the best solution.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Perhaps, Sarvadhi Solutions would offer shorter timeframes by having more team members involved. Still, that's essentially the plan in the next stage anyway. We've been doing trial and error because we're working on an area for which we could only estimate an approximate timeframe. If we had had more team members in the first phase, we probably would have completed it sooner.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Bring a lot to the table. Sarvadhi Solutions is a great company to work with, so the more you bring to the table for them to create, the faster your business will scale.

Project management was excellent for all the major on-going projects I have developed with Paras and his team. Delivery was always on time or quicker, and when I had a deadline that I made clear to Paras, he would always make an extra effort to finish well before the deadline. The quality of work was second to none, and it was really the quality of the app that has led me to continue working with this team for over 5 years now. I could not ask for a better working relationship.

We needed help with development work for our business. Our platform required multiple Flutter developers, so we wanted team members that could work on both mobile and web platforms together for us.

What was the scope of their involvement?

We have our own UI/UX team working on designs, and Sarvadhi Solutions Private Limited handles the development part from scratch. Our team, including our CTO, is working with them on an Agile basis. They're following all the guidelines and designs we provide — their core responsibility is to develop the product.

Our platform provides the functionality to convert any website into a mobile app. It's a SaaS portal, and the app is available for web, Android, and iOS.

We've worked with three frontend flutter developers and two Python developers. One of the Flutter and one of the Python developers are senior, and the rest are junior-level team members.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

We currently have 1,500 customers on our platform, which is a good metric— we get about 20–30 new users daily. Since it's a new product, there have been some bugs, but that's normal in the development process. Overall, our customers like the UI and the platform flow; they've found it easy to navigate, so I think we have a good UX.

How did Sarvadhi Solutions Private Limited perform from a project management standpoint?

They suggested we use ClickUp for project management and Slab for the API documentation. Those were good tools for me, and I've recommended them to others. We also used GitHub, Google Meet, and Slack.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I appreciate their commitment to the project and timeline. Also, they understand how startups work and know that they require rapid development — their team understood this process, and I appreciate their efforts.

In addition, they've been very detailed with the designs, and we're satisfied with the outcomes most of the time.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I don't think there's anything they can improve on. They've even helped us automate several things, such as task management and built processes. I wasn't expecting any company to support me in that sense, but they suggested that route, and it's currently working very well.

They're a good company if you need quick development and a good understanding of the newer technologies. I liked that about them because we're living in a fast-moving world. If you're looking for a company that can adapt to new technologies quickly, then Sarvadhi Solutions is for you.

My advice would be to hire multiple people from Sarvadhi because their quality is very good. There’s no need to hire just one person and then expand. I initially hired one person and grew the team gradually, and I found this increased knowledge transfer effort. Thus, hiring a complete team from Sarvadhi at once is the most efficient solution.
