After an initial kick-off call, designs and user flows were created that were then reviewed by us. Upon confirmation, the team started working on it in parts by breaking down those flows into the different tasks. The platform features to recording attendance behavior of students,

Online learning, Mark entry, lesson plan, Timetable, make a leave request, download their pay slip and many more features. The app saves time, and reduce school management cost by automating the whole campus operations.

Sapphire's project management was amazing, they were very well organized. We had weekly or twice-a-week calls where the project manager went over the plan and the goals. They were able to figure out how to make things work within the budget and deadline.

What I can say is the end product is really good. The project manager was very responsive to emails and any issues that arose as we went along.

Team Sapphire is really good when it communication , we were kept updated with the tasks going on. We coomunicated with the project manager who would then communicate with the rest of the team.

Our goal was to have a long time IT partner, who along time would work and support on various school management integrations in future.

The developers worked for us five days a week, and according to our requirements, they built our application for backend processes, and dashboard to manage everything with a click, after which we also gave them future projects which included adding biometric for employee time and attendance analysis,for communication with parents SMS and email modules, taking online examination and assessments multiple choice and subjective based, parents to pay the pending fees from anywhere using online payment that will be directly credited to us, and virtual classroom added just recently owing to the covid times so that education to the students is not suffered in any condition.

Three full-time mobile app developers worked on our application including backend.There was a sales person initially, a manager who guided the team.

With OTP based secure login, Parents can now have clear picture on their ward’s attendance including Late coming & Early going, one to one communication with special feature like query, helping parents to quickly resolve their query from home and can be directly addressed to the concerned person in the management.

They’re very attentive and respond quickly when we have questions or ideas. Available with their valuable solution right away and had resources available on the project. For example, if a small bug comes up their developers worked on it the same day and get it resolved quickly.

We had video meetings. They have been great with finishing the work well before deadlines. They're very flexible and agile at being able to schedule time for us.

As mentioned we were looking for someone who could manage a lot of personal information of our students and employees efficiently. They were great at finding out the perfect solutions for every problem.

No, not really. The two main areas, time and cost, have stayed within our expectations.
