We hired S2M to accelerate growth in APAC and EMEA. After a short kick-off period where we aligned with S2M on the project and the target list consisting of more than 100 accounts as well as met the team responsible for our project, S2M started the project. As aligned with them, S2M would reach out to prospects of pre-defined positions and departments within the target list.

They would create brand awareness among these targets, identify where interest in our services and where possible convert to qualified leads for us to follow-up. In case of no interest, S2M would identify the reason why. S2M would update us with their progress, market knowledge obtained and responses received via smaller weekly reports, biweekly alignment calls and larger more detailed intermediary reports.

S2M delivered all discussed reports in a timely manner. In terms of objectives, S2M met all of them as well as shared valuable market intelligence. When we posed questions to S2M either via email or during the alignment calls, S2M would respond quickly or if they did not have the information on hand, they would let us know and share it in a timely manner. They showed flexibility and a great willingness to provide additional help or adapt when necessary.
