We worked directly with their project manager and I believe they had one designer working full time with us. The owner of the company also attended our calls.

Our product is exactly how we envisioned it. This has helped us when pithing to VCs during fund raising and they feedback has been very positive.

We set up a google workspace that was very effective. This allowed us to stay engaged with them through out the project and provide comments daily for them to implement. This resulted in a very positive outcome for us.
