Rosh Digital started by optimizing our website to make it easier to understand. Currently, they enact promotion strategies, including SEO and marketing on Google. We work closely with the team on keyword research; they report results for each of our 300–400 keywords.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

Rosh Digital does an excellent job; our website looks better than before. Since they optimized the site, we've seen a rise in sales, queries, and site traffic. Our customers have said the site is now easier to navigate. Shopping is also easier, so users stay on the site for longer. As for SEO, we've been climbing the ranks on Google search results. Now, I go with what Rosh Digital recommends; whether they tell me we need to fix something, add material, or change pages, I trust them.

How did Rosh Digital perform from a project management standpoint?

They're always there and answer when I call. Since we've worked through the COVID-19 pandemic, we've used Zoom, WhatsApp, and phone calls. We've also been able to meet face to face sometimes. To collaborate, we use Teamwork.

I appreciate Rosh Digital's patience. They listen to us, and when something isn't working, they're patient in fixing it, which is very important. Overall, we get a very good service from them.

Working with them has been great: the owner gives us personal attention, is super patient, and is very thorough in going over everything with us. He never made us feel like we didn’t know what we were talking about — he’s super respectful and caring and made us feel like our success is his success.

We’re implementing everything we learned, which has helped us review everything we’ve done so far, check the agency we worked with before, and feel confident that we know what we’re doing.

I like that he gives us time, attention, and knowledge — he treats us as paying customers and does whatever he can to see our success without constantly pushing his continued services.

Be as transparent as you can be with the issues you’re dealing with; he makes us feel very comfortable doing so. He's also very receptive and not judgmental, and I liked that he didn’t trash anyone else. He was careful to remain respectful of whoever we were working with before and other opinions.

Rosh Digital reviewed our business and then screened similar businesses from abroad. After a thorough examination of our market, we help a kick-off meeting and they started managing our paid Google campaigns. They hold a few meetings with us every month, where they provide us with valuable updates while they keep saving us money and time.

As the general manager of TriEnglish, I have been working closely with Roy, the head of Rosh Digital.

A dramatic decrease in costs (by 50%) and a great increase in valuable leads (by about 30%).

Rosh Digital provides standard SEO marketing services. They upload more content and update the information found on the website. They also optimize its performance by finding technical issues. 

Every week, the Rosh Digital team conducts a call or Zoom meeting with our CEO, discussing what needs to be posted on the website. They then upload more content, articles, and blogs depending on the subject we choose or the industry we target. 

For the more visual tasks, they bring their own photographers to take pictures of our machines, CEO, and similar things. 

What is the team composition?

Personally, I’ve worked with 3–4 people from their team, including Roy (Marketing Manager & Co-Founder). I’ve also worked with people in charge of content, social media, and web development. 

How did you come to work with Rosh Digital?

I found them through a recommendation from a colleague. During the interview, they tried to better understand our business. They also identified who our customers were and what markets we wanted to target. Since the interview went well, we decided to go for them.

We invest around $1,000–$1,500 a month for their services.

We started working with them in May 2020, and the project isn’t finished yet. We’re still working with them on developing our LinkedIn platform.

Our organic traffic has been doubled in a few months. We’ve also been satisfied with the content that Rosh Digital provides. If there’s a new client, I’ll recommend them — I actually already have, because they’re doing well.

Everything has been fine. Since receiving access to our website, Rosh Digital has been doing whatever they need to do in terms of uploading content and optimizing the site. 

They ask us questions, and we provide what they want. From there, they take full control of the website and content. This is an easier way for us to manage the website. We don’t need any tools or plugins. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their flexibility and ability to understand our needs set them apart from other companies. On top of that, their team feels very human. They’re professional, but they’re also kind and nice. Overall, they provide a great working atmosphere.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, there aren’t. I don’t have much experience working with many companies, but I did work with another company before, and Rosh Digital has been much better than them. 

I’m sure that the Rosh Digital team can improve on some things, but I can’t point to anything specific for now.

As long as the business is a small- or mid-sized company and they don’t need a team of 100 developers, Rosh Digital can provide solutions.

I needed help creating content for my company. I wanted to provide our eventual online readers with articles they could find helpful for their college admission process.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Rosh Digital has done a lot of things for me, including market research, business consulting, and blog article creation. Firstly, they did a deep dive into our competitors and provided us with marketing insights based on what those other companies were doing and which marketing channels they were using. As a result of this market research, they were able to provide us with great insights and valuable ideas on how we should approach our market.

For our content creation, Rosh Digital has focused mainly on SEO. They’ve put a lot of effort into creating different articles for our site to improve its positioning. They’ve also helped us find writers to create these articles according to our needs. It’s worth mentioning that we weren’t very happy with the first writer they found, so they went and found someone better.

We’ve also worked closely together on keyword research, and every article they write targets certain keywords. As a collateral result of this research, Rosh Digital even helped us come up with our name because Selective Admissions is also a keyword in the industry.

Rosh Digital offers other services, including PPC marketing, in which they specialize. Thus, we plan to continue working with them to market our business once the website is done.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

Rosh Digital has done an amazing job in helping us reach a very high level of content creation at a very reasonable cost. For us, it has been almost hard to understand how they’re helping us with content so profitable because they’ve spent a lot of time and energy on this part of the project and given us a very fair price.

Since we replaced the first writer, every piece of content has been very well-written, considering that our industry is submitted to very high standards. It was very important for us to have high-quality articles on our site, and they’ve been very accommodating in helping us reach those standards, which is impressive. They’ve also been very instrumental in helping us find less competitive keywords.

How did Rosh Digital perform from a project management standpoint?

Rosh Digital has done a great job managing the project, acting almost as an extension of our company. They’ve given us great feedback and suggestions, and they worked hard to go above and beyond their line of duty.

Additionally, Rosh Digital is very flexible regarding schedules, which is important for me because I run other businesses. Overall, they’re very customer-service-oriented, and they’re great at getting the job done efficiently.

Regarding communication, they’re readily available, always answering phone calls even late at night. We communicate mainly via phone calls and WhatsApp.

Rosh Digital’s level of service is impressive. They’re very professional, courteous, and amicable to interact with, making us feel valued, listened to, and important.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No. If they hadn’t fixed the issue we had with the first article, I would have different feedback in this regard. However, that has been our only issue, and they instantly addressed it.

Go for it. I’ve worked with other companies, and Rosh Digital has set themselves apart from the rest. By hiring them, you’ll be getting a team that really cares about your success.

At first they started by researching the niche and gathered relevant information, Than begin implementing into the website. When the website was online we started working on the marketing campaigns and they did an amazing job delivering leads immediately.

We worked with 2-4 people depending on the task. Research was done by head of research department and his assistance. Web design was done by a very talented design specialist. And finally, SEO and marketing was done by the the CEO and founder.

Immediate results: leads started to come after the second week. We increased our sales as a result and we saw an increase of 17% within our first quarter.
