Rock Technolabs first upgraded my old site to the latest version of Magento. Then they developed custom functionality and created custom extensions. They also did API integrations, such as for payment and shipping methods. Finally, they fixed existing issues for mobile and tablets.

Rock Technolabs was fast and cost-effective. They continue to provide ongoing support for the site. Yesterday I sent requests for three maintenance items. This morning I got a message that they were completed. Everything is fixed, and I’m pleasantly surprised by the cost.

Rock Technolabs was a very professional company with a great work method. I assigned tasks in Wrike and they’d respond with an estimated time and cost. Once I approved, they’d start work. Then they marked tasks as "Ready for QA" or "Completed". My assigned resource was available to work anytime I requested changes.

Rock Technolabs’ quality work and responsiveness were most impressive.

No, there are no areas for improvement. Rock Technolabs are ninjas who can do anything when it comes to Magento.

Absolutely! I apologize if my previous response came across as negative. Let me rephrase it to highlight the positive aspects of working with Rock Technolabs. My experience with Rock Technolabs was overwhelmingly positive, and the team managed the project from start to finish. They were responsive to our needs and provided us with high-quality work that exceeded our expectations. 

While there were some moments during the project where we felt that the timeline was ambitious, the team at Rock Technolabs did an excellent job in mitigating these issues by working diligently to find solutions and keeping us informed throughout the project. Their flexibility and responsiveness were truly remarkable, and they were always willing to go the extra mile to ensure that we were satisfied with the final product.

We always prefer skilled and certified developers for any of our magento projects who delievered on time and understand our requirement clearly and provides with good suggestions. So, I contacted Rock Technolabs and provide them with small task to check ability and quality coding.

After finishing some small tasks, I hired Rock Technolabs on dedicated basis to manage many of our magento projects ongoing basis as and when required and I am very satisfied with my decision and always prefer Rock Technolabs for all my magento needs.

We have setup PM tools (trello) for tasks management and updates and I always provide them with needed credentials by email or trello and we setup discovery call before to start to make requirement clear and we set milestone together to finish project phase wise. And best thing for Rock Technolabs is that, they never miss the deadline and if any causes which make delay then always inform to us in advanced so we can make adjustment. Also, they are super responsive and always available for support to critical issues.

My main contact was Siddharth for technical tasks discussion, daily basis update and escalation and Bhavik who is handling sales and accounting. They assigned with multiple resources whenever needed and manage the work smoothly.

We worked on different projects like multivendor marketplaces, B2B, M2 cloud commerce and multi-stores and we have done lots of customizations together and among all projects I never faced any issues with Rock Technolabs team.

They deliver on time, deliver with good coding standard and they have own team of Quality assurance who check any single task before to deliver to client. So, they are very well aligned, skilled and manage all projects smoothly. In short, they are Avengers of Magento as per their company trademark.
