Honestly, Rndr Software Group exceeded our expectations, and there were no major shortcomings throughout the project. Their attention to detail, communication, and ability to stay on schedule and budget made the entire process incredibly smooth.

Perhaps scaling up their team for future projects? Given their high level of expertise, I can see them handling even larger-scale projects. If they continue to expand, I have no doubt they’ll become a go-to firm for enterprise-level software development.

I was formerly the CEO of a company called Ingfit out of Dubai and appointed a Rendr to support the development of an in-house technical system to meet the following objectives:

1. Order Management System (OMS): To handle customer orders from various sales channels, process these orders efficiently, manage inventory, and ensure smooth order fulfillment.
2. Customer Relationship Management (CRM): To manage customer interactions, track customer data, and improve customer satisfaction and retention.
3. Inventory Management System: To keep track of stock levels, manage reordering processes, and ensure optimal inventory levels are maintained.
4. E-commerce Platform Integration: To seamlessly integrate with our e-commerce website and other online sales channels for real-time data synchronization and streamlined operations.
5. Analytics and Reporting: To provide comprehensive data analysis and reporting capabilities for informed decision-making.

Additionally, the CEO of Rendr operated as our virtual CTO, overseeing the technical development and implementation of this system and setting the strategic direction for our company from a systems perspective.

There were a number of clear technical deliverables for the project; however, as Rendr is very commercially focussed (not just technical), we focussed on a number of business performance metrics.

Technical deliverables:

1. Checkout date picker.
2. Enhanced checkout and cart.
3. Internal web app with user logins and admin.
4. Automated workflow for B2B supplier orders.

Commercial measurable outcomes:

• Sales Growth: Achieved a 20% increase in online sales through checkout enhancements.

Rendr Software Group was super responsive. They attanded a weekly update meeting without fail. We operated in Agile mode meaning there was no waterfall style project plan, we just developed in "sprints" and iterated over time. The results of this method were super impressive and we were quick to deliver an MPV.

Paul is very unique in that, as well as being a technical genius, he has a background in marketing and has a broad understanding of business requirements. He has a very strong understanding of the commericial aspects of operating contemporary businesses and applies his technical expertise to solve complex operational problems with software. 
The entire team is encouraged to operate in this way which speaks volumes about Paul's leadership and vision in how technology can be used to make improve businesses.

Rendr has done it all for us. This is an amazing organization. We started with a complex website that provides a great deal of health information designed for consumers and health professionals. 
In addition, we host a radio show that is heard on over 200 NPR stations/repeaters, so we needed excellent audio interface. We post a podcast that is downloaded around the world. We also have a robust e-commerce business for body care products. There is also a very active electronic newsletter that goest out to >150,000 subscribers. 
Rendr also manages our numerous eGuides and has created easy access to our visitors. It is a state-of-the-art web designer and the backend is nothing short of extraordinary! These folks are incredibly knowledgeable about anything and everything needed for the best website, e-commerce, and online publications that anyone could imagine. We have been with them >10 years so we have had a LOT of experience with Rendr.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Everything works! We have a LOT of balls in the air and Rendr makes them all take off and land smoothly. That includes the website in general, the e-commerce aspect of the site, the email interface, the electronic newsletter, the podcast, search, you name it. After 10 years Rendr just keeps getting better! By the way, Rendr is a relatively new name for this service. When we started it was Loud Noises.

Rendr is very good about hitting deadlines. If something takes a bit longer than planned, we are always notified. We have never been delayed. If we have something that deserves immediate attention this organization hops on it promptly. We would not have stayed with this organization for over 10 years if it had not delivered everything expected and more.

State of the art programming. Rendr is always ahead of the curve when it comes to new developments. They are 5 steps ahead of the competition when it comes to the next big thing. They are extremely responsive to special needs of a client. We have a very large website with many moving parts. Our needs are diverse. Rendr Software Group adapts to our unusual needs without a blink. Really impressive flexibility no matter what we throw at them.

We have no complaints that I can think of at this time. When they are on big deadlines for other clients it may take a day or two for them to respond to minor issues on our website...but if something important comes up, they always get back promptly.
