Initially, we reached out to Remote CoWorker and explained what we were looking for. They quickly aligned with us on that. Then, they set up a few calls to put us in contact with a potential remote employee to ensure they were what we were looking for and had experience in our field. We worked with this person on a trial basis, and it worked perfectly, so we’ve been working with them since.
