We had a lot of administrative tasks bogging down our daily activities, so we hired Remote CoWorker to help us take a lot of those administrative and back-office tasks off our plate.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Initially, we reached out to Remote CoWorker and explained what we were looking for. They quickly aligned with us on that. Then, they set up a few calls to put us in contact with a potential remote employee to ensure they were what we were looking for and had experience in our field. We worked with this person on a trial basis, and it worked perfectly, so we’ve been working with them since.

We started working together around December 2022, and our engagement is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

Since working with Remote CoWorker, we’ve seen an improvement in our processes. The employee they provide has helped us save around five hours per week of administrative work, meeting our expectations and requirements.

How did Remote CoWorker perform from a project management standpoint?

The remote employee provided by Remote CoWorker has met their deadlines and managed all administrative work immediately. If they ever need to follow up on a client, they do it in a timely fashion. We collaborate using a file management system and communicate via email and WhatsApp.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Remote CoWorker’s strength is their organization.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Remote CoWorker doesn’t make phone calls for us, which would be helpful. However, I believe they don’t offer that service because they’re based in the US.

Ensure that Remote CoWorker is a good fit for the tasks we want them to do.

Not so far however the organizational opening was facilitated promptly without issue and Katherine improved on our eyes on all docs in 1 place.

We have not broached any unique needing a though Katherine has been diligent and communicative, which in itself is unique from other providers.

Made interviews and tried a few candidates to ensure candidates we well mannered, professional, reliable and well-spoken.

Scouts need to spend a little more time reviewing resumes that fit the clients need. Make the hiring process a lot quicker.
