We are a materials building supplies company that has seven physical stores across the UK. My role is the business development marketing manager for all of our online stores.

We hired RBSEO to do all of the re-branding, marketing & advertising. Our goal was to create a new exciting brand with improved visibility across all channels.

As part of the campaign, they are adding new pages to our current website, upgrading our website, carrying out Google Ads, email campaigns, and SEO etc.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Everything has been done timely, and we have hit all of our major milestones to date. It feels like every month the website presence is getting better and better.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

RBSEO team is easily reachable and very helpful when needed. So far, the process has been extremely smooth and we continue to touch base weekly basis.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

They are passionate about their work and results oriented as well. They really go above and beyond to make sure you succeed. We are very impressed with their approach to our project.

Is there any area for improvement or anything that could have been done differently?

Not as of yet. We found their suggestions and practical advice to be very useful.

The team at RBSEO looked at how they would optimise the website, structure the website, how they improve website interface and optimise the existing content. We didn’t give them any ideas at all; the RBSEO team researched our market and services thoroughly and came up with the designs and marketing ideas etc.

We dealt with three different people at RBSEO who guided us through the seo and design process. They kept the project on time and on budget. We are extremely satisfied with the end result.

Everyone that looked at our new website gave us positive feedback. The website looks stunning. The work was done in a short time frame and top notch. We are extremely pleased with the improvements in our new website online presence as well.
