When we tested the product in the market, it failed. This outcome had more to do with business issues than the work Railwaymen did.

We used a combination of Pivotal, online communication, and some phone check-ins. This strategy seemed to work pretty well.

Railwaymen was very communicative. They did a fine job of making changes whenever something they developed was not quite right initially.
