The idea that same interests can make two people go along well is the founding principle of this dating app. The app matches two individuals based on their hobbies and common interests. The objective of the app is to match people who share hobbies or the like the same sports, have similar political views or taste in music etc. They are not necessarily looking for a romantic partner but a friend or someone with whom they can talk about things that they both like.
I have already completed the rough wiresketches of the app flow. The brand language and the UI design of the app was designed by them. The app modules were divided into 12 sections and each section was developed and integrated each week. I did a review each weekend and issues approvals on sections completed and tested. It all worked like a well oiled machine.

The apps are completed to my satisfaction. Most likely a few more additions will there down the line.

Project Management systems are good & they deliver the service on proper time. I found these guys to be proactive and very responsive. They always updated on time and communicated of their off days in advance. We connected via zoom calls. The calls went well.

Their work culture was very unique. The tech side is good too. They can replicate features shown to them beautifully.

They need to improve on weekly status update format. The update specifically does not mention of the portions that are still work in progress. This can cause confusion for people who are not very well versed with apps or software.

If the user wins he is advanced to the next level which is more challenging. I made all the logics and the rules of the game. The design also carried my inputs and suggestions. First, they drafted the UI and made an empty app with no logic. Then they developed and coded the game engine. It came all together slowly.

I would say about 3 developers worked on this game. I interacted with their leader. I am not aware of the positions. I provided them all the logics, rules and the strategy. These people made the game screens, did the art work and coded the game. They also did the quality testing along with myself.

The game was built as expected. At first, I found it a tad easy so I told them to make it more difficult. It is difficult for beginners. Once you get a hang of it you can win sometimes. My friend is addicted to it although she cannot win against the AI at higher levels.

Our email exchanges went well. Anything I asked of them they were able to fulfil my wish like a genie.

They are professional and have a personal touch. The working process is excellent.

For what projects/services did your company hire Promatics Technologies, and what were your goals?
Our requirements were to build a warranty tracking system which can be operated via a web browser. We needed a robust web application that could work on mobiles and tablets as well. We hired Promatics to build the system based on our business processes.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
We selected Promatics because they understood our requirements and business flow very well. They responded with a work flow plan for the system. We liked that and sealed the deal.

The project involved building some complex and aggregated queries based on the policies that govern the warranties for the items logged in. The major challenge was to build that warranty management engine because that is the core of the whole system. The other challenging part of the development was to handle and import the data from our traditional desktop based software. They performed both tasks excellently.

Our project was handled by Hari. He is a very hard working guy. We worked with him and his team

The fact that we are using the new system with our live data for certain clients speaks about the success of this development. We will eventually switch to the new system for all clients.

Communication was easy with Promatics Technologies. Hari was available via Skype and Whatsapp. He used to take calls at times what would have been late nights for him. I personally appreciate that a lot.

The warranty period provided should be extended beyond 3 months. That would make any client more comfortable.
