It felt like they really wanted to understand our business before touching any code. From there, they designed two user modes within the app one for consultants and one for clients. Each mode had different access levels, interfaces, and tools. On the consultant side, features included the ability to log in-person meetings, upload quick summaries, check off strategy deliverables, and set next steps. For clients, the app allowed them to view updates, see their custom growth plans, monitor KPIs like sales and conversion trends, and even chat securely with their assigned consultant.

Since launching the mobile app, our day-to-day operations have become much smoother. Our consultants save a lot of time by logging notes and updates right after meetings instead of waiting until they’re back at their desks. On the client side, we’ve had a lot of positive feedback. One client told us the app helped them finally understand what our team was doing behind the scenes they felt more involved in the process and could track their progress without needing to ask for constant updates.

We are creating a wellness-centered, mixed-use community that necessitates everything from branding and a logo to a name, website, and apartment signage that is consistent with our brand.  Concurrently, we are developing a health and wellness app that has an established name but requires a logo and assistance with UX/UI design.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

By holding many fruitful meetings, brainstorming sessions, and reviews, we have managed to create a comprehensive brand for our community and app.  We are currently making progress on the community website and the app's UX/UI design, and we are very satisfied with the results to date, which has made the collaboration enjoyable and meaningful at each stage.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We are utilizing every aspect of the new brand identity and deliverables from the project, and we are very pleased with the results. We extended the project to encompass all aspects of our brand, including two additional offerings/audiences. We also hired Probey Services for our web design for each of these sections. Our new design has led to increased conversion and engagement with our brand, including higher email readership and website usage.
