2. Figma to Shopify Theme Development: Phaedra Solutions converted our Figma design mockups into a functional Shopify theme, ensuring the website accurately reflected our envisioned design within Shopify's framework.

I hired Phaedra Solutions to work on a health web and mobile app, integrating new features to the new version of the app during a period of 6 months for an October launch.

We searched online for Ruby on Rails developers and found out about Phaedra Solutions on Upwork. After a few interviews with clients, we started working together in April.

We had a quick onboarding with the client and started to hit the ground running from week one. Mainly focused on the integration of new features and resolution of bugs on a daily basis. The main technologies used were Ruby on Rails, React and React Native.

A Ruby Developer named Mohsin worked with me during the whole process, on a daily basis.

After the first weeks of joining the project, the success rate of the sprints increased a 20%.

We had a daily morning update, using Google Chat, and communicated with the rest of the client's team over Slack, Teams, GitHub and Linear.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They are professional and responsive people. Reliability is the impression I get from their work.

We had a communication issue with the business side of Phaedra, which had a monetary cost as a consequence on my side. Double checking that everyone is on the same page about which days should be worked, therefore billed, is something that can be improved.
