Our website was already created few years back but was outdated so we wanted a new one with new features and technologies.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We searched for different IT companies and shortlisted 5 companies, Interviewed them and then finalized PerfectionGeeks.

We had a introductory meeting along with it we discussed goals and results what we are expecting from the websites. And then every week there was a long discussion about the key deliverables.

A project Manger was assigned to us who was the main point of connection and then we also discuss with two members of the backend team for a technical discussions.

after launching the website, 60-70% we could the difference we got a total new Online shop with a better Customer interface and even user friendly, we were also getting feedback from previous Customers that how much they are liking this new website.

We usually have stand-up meetings with the project manager assigned to us, and even at the end of the day discuss with the backend team as well for any clarifications.

They already have experience in building E-commerce platform and they are using New technology as blockchain method which is known as one of the best method. They had an in-house team of experts to help different companies grow in the digital world.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

According to me they are the best in their role.

We wanted a Mobile app for our users to access our content from their phones. We'd noticed a decrease in our Customers, so we wanted to increase our traffic and visibility through a mobile app. Our main goal was to get a user friendly platform that was easy to update.

We searched online for app developers and after shortlisted 5 Companies. After meeting and Interviewing them, we chose PerfectionGeeks based on their past experience, Skills and key Deliverables.

We had series of meetings as to discover new ideas and to discuss our goals and objectives. We provided their team with wireframes and designs. within two weeks, they delievered the first round of the ios app. They also incorporated our feedback and delivered the revised version before launching.

A project manager was assigned to be our main point of contact throughout the project. Additionally, I mostly interacted with two lead front- and backend developers.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Withing 3 months after our app was launched, we saw over 1,000 downloads and achieved good rating in app stores. We've seen a tremendous boost in traffic since launching the app, and people have commented on how user- friendly it is.

The project manager was easy to communicate with. They provided frequent updates. We had both in-person meetings and phone calls. Everything was delivered on time.

Their mobile app development skills are awesome, they seriously are very good at their work. Since this was our first mobile app, they were also patient and willing to walk us through each and every process .

According to me they are best at their work, no need of Improvement.
